Another feel-good weekend in Minderlein's aparthotel, in the decelerating valley oasis of Pottenstein - in the middle of romantic Franconian Switzerland. Again in “our” Ailsbachtal suite, in a modern, functional, chic ambience and a lot of attention to detail. Everything is there for self-catering, high-quality cooking equipment, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Bathroom is great, everything is very clean, the super comfortable double bed. From the balcony there is a wonderful view of the castle, the adjacent chain of hills and the spacious hotel garden between the hotel and the narrow flowing Püttlach -Bach. And not to forget: the extremely friendly owners and employees, always concerned about the well-being of the guests and a totally delicious breakfast service that we have never experienced anywhere else: individual selection of different types of cheese every day, a colorful potpoui of vegetable sticks with cream cheese dips, Sausage, jams, eggs, juices... and whatever your heart desires from the extensive range of local suppliers.We'll be back!

Very nice accommodation, perfectly located and equipped with everything you need.We were warmly welcomed with our two dogs.The apartments have been recently renovated and are modern and timeless at the same time. The exit in the basement takes you through a small hall that exudes the charm of the 60s. Very beautiful and authentic.We can recommend the accommodation!

Highly recommended!We received a very warm welcome with our dog and felt incredibly comfortable! The hotel is perfectly located, not far from Pottenstein's attractions. Free parking spaces are located right next to the hotel.The rooms are clean, modern and furnished to a high quality. The kitchenette is stocked with everything you need. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of Pottenstein Castle.The rich breakfast with delicious, regional and seasonal products can be put together individually and, if desired, can be delivered to your room so that you can have breakfast on the balcony. Great service!Dogs are more than welcome, a dog blanket and bowls have even been provided.We are so excited and will definitely come back!

Great, value for money simply great, we would love to come here again. Friendly and dogs welcome. Yes these have to be paid extra, but why not, a clean room is offered and expected. After me come people without dogs. The area is an insider tip, I really have nothing to complain about. Centrally located, an introduction to the area and tips were just the beginning. We enjoyed our days, thank you

A beautiful, well kept and welcoming hotel with wonderful owners who really make you happy without longing! The view of Pottenstein Castle is unique! You are in 2 minutes at the town hall and the adventure mile. The Jura swimming pool with a large wellness-sauna area also invites you to relax. The large garden also invites you to relax on large loungers and seats and Mrs. Bauer's truly delicious cuisine leaves nothing to be desired. The breakfast is very abundant and delicious with excellent fresh and regional products. Dinner is also very delicious and prepared with lots of love! The apartments include everything you need, for both adults and children! Books and toys are also available for little guests, so the whole family feels completely comfortable and super looked after! The hosts put so much love and effort into every detail, you really feel in good hands and even at ten months pregnant!We will be back!Thank you very much for EVERYTHING! ♥️

Very stylish, newly renovated rooms in various sizes - mostly with a balcony with a view of Pottenstein Castle. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can book breakfast separately. Here you can get everything your heart desires. You can also sit together comfortably in the room in the evening and have drinks from there.The breakfast room is also scheduled to be renovated in winter 2024.The old town can be reached on foot in just a few minutes from the accommodation.Very nice owners and highly recommended!

A very warm and family welcome in a pleasant and picturesque environment surrounded by villages and towns rich in history (Bayreuth Nuremberg) the guests are received like kings and have no problem making themselves understood the owners speak French and English and are happy to share their regional and local specialties with us. A little paradise in the heart of Europe ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇨🇵🇩🇪

Our second visit even surpassed the first. 5 stars plus.New: We treated ourselves to breakfast: local specialties, fresh, high quality, simply fantastic.We look forward to our next visit.Anyone who still has something to complain about here should really doubt their luck. As already written by previous authors: Beautiful rooms, lovingly furnished, very friendly family, fantastic views and many hiking opportunities. Very fond of animals. And you can probably also ride a motorcycle around here... Thank you very much, we'll be back.

We were very well received, there were even blankets, buttons and treats for the dogs.Ms. Bauer's dinner was brilliant, as was her breakfast.The hosts leave nothing to be desired and ensure that their guests have a pleasant stay.The hotel is highly recommended and so is the breakfast and half board.

Beautiful, modern apartments, only opening in early 2023. The warm and loving hostess has really thought of everything, both in the apartment, in the modern bathroom and the well-equipped modern kitchenette, as well as outside, for example in the beautiful garden. Even dog towels are available, as is a small self-service bar, stocked exclusively with regional drinks and products. Breakfast is brought to your room and prepared according to your wishes. And the view of the castle is unique. We'd love to come back sometime. All thumbs up!

Super nice owners who ensure the well-being of the guests. Great balcony to relax. Short way to the market square. Many activities to admire in Pottenstein.The absolute perfect address to spend a few beautiful days and convince yourself of the excellent breakfast. 👌👌👌
