Basic, comfortable apartment hotel room, modern style. Spacious, with a full kitchen, less than 10 minutes by car to downtown. Next door to a bakery and 5 minutes to grocery stores. Clean, adequate, nothing remarkable but fills the need. Would recommend this apartment hotel.

Booked this property MONTHs in advance and specifically for the Air Conditioned room. Upon arrival all the room had was a small table fan that was extremely LOUD. Called immediately to the number provided and was told "The Air Conditioning is obvious when you walk in" No help at all. It was a MISERABLE week with temps in the 90's and my asthma with no air. We were in room 17 and the day before leaving room 16 was open and clearly had a portable Air Conditioning unit! My receipts CLEARLY shows Air Conditioning room as a feature for us and for over 800 euros it was expected. One final call to their customer service number on day before we left and was then told AC is not guaranteed and the charge is the same with no AC. Completely uninterested in hearing our complaint or wanting to help. Would not recommend in Summer heat or for lack of customer service.

Very nice and well organized structure, self check-in and free parkingWe stayed in a small studio apartment for 4 nights, clean and well furnished and with everything you need in the kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, pans and cutlery...) a few steps away there is also a bakery and a restaurant but we really appreciated the possibility of using the outdoor spaces to have breakfast and chat. It is located in a quiet peripheral area of Bamberg, the center is quite far away on foot while the bus stop and a supermarket are also nearbyIn the entrance there is a tap with a water filter so you can always have fresh water, whether natural or sparklingNegative note: Our apartment was located right at the entrance so there was a lot of noise in the morning and evening

We stayed in the aparthotel for two nights and were completely satisfied. Booking online was easy and check-in was contactless, but it worked well. The hotel consists of three buildings; our room was in the middle part and was a spacious, functional and functionally furnished and very clean room with a small kitchenette; There was also a large, separate bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower and plenty of storage space, which was also very clean. The living room and bathroom gave the impression that they had recently been renovated. Due to the hotel's location on the outskirts of the city, it was very quiet so we were able to sleep well. We found it very positive that the hotel's own parking spaces can be used at no extra charge, which is not the case everywhere. Conclusion: Definitely a recommendation for overnight stays without breakfast! And there was an Italian restaurant just around the corner, but we didn't visit because of other plans.

It was surprisingly good considering that it was managed without staff. Room (new in the extension). Top and functional with EBK. For breakfast just around the corner (Baker Loskahrn 👍)

Very clean rooms, easy access, top value for money! Then why only 4 stars? Our apartment was in the attic, it was very warm on those days, no AC and it was very loud around the house (construction site, a group of men in the garden, a biker posing...). Probably a lot of bad luck, but it wasn't the best night in the DG.

After 3 nights: A big thank you to the housekeeping team!! Absolutely clean rooms, pleasant surroundings with the possibility of using the garden. The connection to local transport is ideal, parking is available at the house at no extra charge. It couldn't be better for this price category. We'd love to come back.

Extremely noisy from the other rooms, we heard the water loudly running, the fridge was way too loud, walls are like paper way too thin, the first morning we've seen a paid woman worker leaving the hotel,plus strange people were on the parking obviously other "guests", shower was leaking, curtains let all the light through.We were there with a 5 months old baby and it was totally unsafe and we felt like in a ghetto.We needed to leave one night earlier, contacted the hotel and so far there is no response. Not to how horrible this place is nor to the question about the paid last night, that we couldn't stay. Due to huge safety issues.They do not care at all about their guests and we cannot believe in the positive reviews. They are definitely not true. Not even a single star!

We had one of the older apartments in the main building. It was small and very simple, but there was nothing wrong with the cleanliness. Completely ok for 1-2 nights, the old town can be reached from here in about 5 minutes by car. The little garden behind the house is nice where you can sit down.
