I (24 years old) and my sister (27 years old) stayed at Haus Herzog for a long weekend. We really liked it, there was more than enough choice for breakfast and, if desired, vegan. The room was super nice and clean and our dog was welcomed with open arms. You can go for a walk directly behind the house and have a great view of the entire village. We would be happy to come back and thank you for the nice hospitality

A great guesthouse furnished with a lot of love and taste. The pictures correspond to reality. The landlady is caring and your wishes do not go unfulfilled. The breakfast is simply great and you can enjoy it after a good night's sleep. Thank you for the two/three pleasant days, it was arriving and feeling at home.

Very friendly and attentive small family business. The rooms are new, clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is good and sufficient. Parking is at the house. Gladly again on your next visit to Bad Steben.

Everything was perfect for us and we will be backThe bed and breakfast is in a great location, very quiet on a side street and yet centrally located. 5 minutes walk to the town center or in the other direction to the hiking trails, 10 minutes walk to the thermal baths. Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of and next to the house. The renovated double rooms are a good size and fully equipped. A lounge (with magazines, additional refrigerator and coffee/tea machine) as well as a great roof terrace are also available. The breakfast includes everything you need. An extremely nice hostess (kind regards again) rounds off the overall impression very positively. The existing images are accurate and meaningful enough.A small note: The guest rooms are on the 2nd floor, anyone with restricted mobility should take this into account. Since we are not, we have now found new regular accommodation for our spring and autumn stay to visit the thermal baths. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay - and certainly see you soon.

The Gästehaus Herzog is a very lovingly furnished guesthouse with charm and style. The hosts are very friendly and look after our well-being! The rooms are great and the breakfast is delicious! We would be happy to come back and recommend it!

We spent 3 great days at Haus Herzog. This accommodation in the 100-year-old building has been completely renovated, very stylish and cozy - we felt like we were at home! And the hosts are warm and always there. We recommend!

There are no more than 5 stars. Small hotel with only 2 rooms. Great hosts. Rooms like in a wellness hotel. Loving breakfast. Only recommended. If you want peace and quiet, you get it. Thank you for the more than pleasant stay.The Countess and his entourage 😉🤣
