Do not stay here, save yourself the time and money..The pictures look nothing like the ‘hotel’ does now. Our room was covered floor to ceiling in mould and it stank so badly we didn’t stay for more than 5 minutes (the pictures I added don’t do it justice).We are budget travellers and have stayed in some questionable places but this tops them all.

More like a star hotel, poor standard and very worn everywhere, had a deluxe room, but no luxury, rock hard bed with pillows that felt like lumps of concrete, mold, poorly cleaned, mini bar not available, restaurant not available, room service not available, available no hair dryer or telephone in the room, but there are instructions that you can dial zero to get to reception....poorly managed hotel, the bacon door was broken and mosquitoes had free entry through cracks in the door, the terrace was a soup tip. Friendly staff with limited english skills, live there no one, NO EVER!

Check-in 31/12/2023 and check-out 01/01/2024.Even if we had confirmation of the booking paid in advance, the hotel did not let us checking-in because they sold all the rooms that night.we were 6 person (3 couples) that we did not had chance to sleep and enjoy New Years eve night even if all 3 couples has paid reservation.I STRONLGY ADVISE YOU TO AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Spacious and clean room. Hotel staff were friendly, kind and appropriate for the location. Excellent location, close to the center away from traffic and chaos, silent night but the most uncomfortable bed ever. It was made of stone. I remedied this by folding the blanket, a duvet, twice under me.

I’m sorry but I have to leave a 1 star review. I’ll keep this short.We arrived to find police arresting somebody in the lobby.When we got in the lift there were dirty towels and bed sheets, along with the cleaners mop.The rooms were full of mould.The bed…. Well… I can’t find the words to describe it im afraid. Put it this way, I went for a back massage the following day!I think there are plenty other hotels in the area in a similar price bracket that’s much better than this.We only stayed 1 night to experience patong.But I wouldn’t stay again. Pay an extra £2 and stay somewhere nicer, trust me.

I spent two nights in this hotel. Very well located near the heart of the center and very close to Bangla road Patong, very friendly welcome, good bedding, however there are odors in the bathroom and not very clean or even dirty, noisy and no sound insulation...In short, one of the lowest prices I have found so does the job well for 1 or 2 nights but the hotel needs a renovation of the floors/ceilings, insulation of the walls!

This is a budget hotel which has all you can ask for. I’m rating it 5 stars considering the price. Yes there are some minor things like the room needs a paint and some love but this is minor. The staff were great and location perfect. …

Room moldy from the inside (see photos of room 305) - do not touch the walls, the smell upon entering is unbearable. The bathroom was really shabby, I didn't dare take off my flip flops in the room. For the price, staying there for one night is not expensive and it might help, but don't stay there longer.
