I'm really glad I didn't read the reviews beforehand, otherwise I might have decided against booking. But in the end it was a great decision! We had a fantastic stay with a hot tub in a beautiful and loving setting. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews! I would recommend this place at any time because everything was just great from start to finish. We would definitely like to come back!

Hello,So first I have to say I was there for the second time.A very good atmosphere and the rooms were made with a lot of love.It was very nice. From the garden to the bedroom and kitchen where many meal tickets are available for everyone. The atmosphere in the room where the whirlpool is located was really nice.Everything your heart desires from a shower to a counter where you can make yourself a coffee and a refrigerator and a toilet right nearby. The reason I gave the service less stars is that there was an obviously used condom in the closet from the previous tenant or something.Thank God we only noticed this an hour before departure because otherwise we would probably have ruined the evening. On the same day I wrote an email directly. Unfortunately I didn't get an answer.A used condom in the closet is absolutely not possible. So I don't think we'll be there anymore, which is a shame.greetingFlorian

My husband surprised me with it.When we arrived, we didn't know if that was right at first. Then we received the bowl and had to drive another minute.A cute little house in hedgehog/autumn styleClean.Since my husband couldn't read, he only booked a sauna and all the rooms were locked except for the sauna.I would have liked rakes in the sauna room to hang up the bathrobes or towels. An ashtray for outside would also be nice. My husband made this one with aluminum foil.Everything was ok at reception. :)

Asked for an appointment yesterday - unfortunately it had to be canceled for professional reasons.Instead of acting in a customer-oriented manner and asking for another appointment, the following answer: Well, you organize something like that BEFORE you make a reservation. When you point out customer friendliness, you hear this:It's actually a lifesaver to save yourself and others time and therefore money. However, most people get pissed off when you give them sensible advice, which shows the arrogance and incorrigibility of the customer.Dear Mr. Clemens, please try to relax, I think you need more time off like many others here.

We celebrated a bachelor party there for a friend. The e-mail traffic and the answers were all very quick and, above all, helpful. When we arrived, everything was explained to us in great detail. It was a very friendly welcome. In the “Wonderland” house itself, everything was 100% satisfactory. It was clean, quiet and lovingly and homely furnished. We enjoyed the few hours of time out right down to the smallest detail and would like to thank you again for the wonderful accommodation. We will use this again

Have booked the Galapagos island nest. When we arrived there on Saturday, we reported to the address given on the website. After the bell rang, a man opened the door and asked yes please. I then told him my name and that I had booked an overnight stay.A warm welcome looks different. His answer was that the island nest was insolvent, which at first struck me as really bad. Well then he said come in and my wife will come straight away. She welcomed me very kindly, clarified the written part with me and explained the house etc.It was about a 2 minute drive to the house. From the outside it is a small detached family home.We found it quite uncomfortable going into the house because all the doors on the ground floor except the kitchen were locked. And not accessible. In retrospect, I understood that all the different room options were packed into one house. If you book one topic, one door is opened and the others are closed. If you book something else, it will be opened, etc.Going up the hallway we reached the Galapagos room that was open to us and a small bathroom with a shower. All other doors on this floor were also locked. The cleanliness of the entire house left nothing to complain about, it was 100% guaranteed. The bedroom, well. The bed creaked with every slight movement and back pain was inevitable. The TV is pretty much the first flat TV the market has seen. 90s quality DVD player with old erotic films from the same time. The wellness area with the whirlpool was really nice at first glance. But then it started there too. A construction site radio from Markita tasted good in the room, where I asked myself why they couldn't install something period-appropriate that also fits the room. The rain shower nozzles were so calcified that 30% of the nozzles didn't work at all. When we finally filled the whirlpool after an hour because the water was running very slowly, we were looking forward to a lovely evening. When we turned on the side jets, the first jet flew towards us and the rest except for three didn't work either. There was a smell coming from the nozzles that was almost unbearable. So we left those out and settled for the floor nozzles. The topic of drinks also amazed us. A PET bottle of water 0.5 from the discount store and a PET bottle of Cola 0.33.I think with a price of 270€ for the period from 6pm to 12pm the next day you could at least have a bottle of champagne ready for a nice evening, even if only there was a cheap Asti. The next morning at 11:50 a.m. we were standing in front of the door with our suitcases in hand when the cleaner got out of the car. I also think this can be done at 12.10 p.m. so that the guest doesn't notice.Well, short summary.Actually a cool idea but unfortunately not thought through and implemented to the end.I'm curious what headwind I'll get. Because in all the reviews I read (unfortunately only after the stay due to lack of time) there isn't a bit of insight to be found and it's all up to the guest.

very unfriendly handling of emails! A question was asked whether there were any differences between the weekend offers! That was the answer...Hello Dominik,PLEASE. The booking times are crystal clear with every offer. It can't be that hard!and this is the second answer...Yes, it would be a disaster. But I'm pleased that you came up with it yourself after thinking intensively.impossible…

I can't say much about the rooms and services, except that the homepage and image film could use a refresh. However, while reading the reviews, I quickly realized that I would never book with these landlords after reading their snarky and unwelcoming comments.
