+- nice contact in advance to clarify acceptance of the key, Covid regulations, ...- clean room and bathroom- friendly staff in the Ristorante (the pizza in the Ristorante is very good and at a very good price - taking food back to the room is also not an issue in the current situation)- Location of the hotel - very practical in the pedestrian zone - the train station is also within easy walking distance- Price (double room for single occupancy)-- since the hotel does not offer breakfast, it would be very practical if there were a kettle in the rooms to make coffee or tea (especially if you arrive in the evening or have to leave early in the morning and no cafes are open yet); A bottle of water would also be ideal

There is nowhere to park. They do not have their own parking lot and there are no parking spaces nearby. The tragedy of the shower turns hot and cold and the door almost fell off. The beds are narrow and the staff can't even speak German let alone Italian. The only plus is the room is nice.

Was in the attic apartment. Measured 37 degrees outside in the room, 48 degrees is not possible. Where was the air conditioning at this price. What was not possible was that someone stormed into my room, knocked once and without waiting he was in there. I had the shower running with clear water and put the vetilartor in the bathroom to bring the cold air into the room. No matter what, you don't just rush into the room, even if you think there's a leak somewhere. You can wait 5 seconds. No apology, no explanation and then just left again. Without moo, no moh. Never again in this hotel. The entrance is hard to find. Parking....none...at least that's what I was told.

No dedicated parking spaces, which is a big problem in Pulheim's crowded city center. For breakfast there was a voucher for a bakery 400m away. Staff not that friendly
