There is nothing here anymore, lost place. Refugees are accommodated in the hotel and the food bank works in the annex.No changes.

Terrible place, the hotel owner is a complete idiot, there are no humane conditions. Mr. Kuper is the owner of the hotel. Would you be so kind as to take care of your hotel? There has been no hot water for two months. The train station with homeless people is even cleaner than this hotel.

The city of Kerpen, as a tenant, does absolutely nothing for the external impact. The hotel was never a place of beauty but it was presentable. Now, after almost 18 months of refugee accommodation, the plaster is falling off the outside wall and curtains were washed for the last time in the last century. This is how slums are created, thank you, Mayor.

Totally run down... it looked strange back then, but now everything is dirty, chairs are on the balcony, ashtrays everywhere, dirty curtains.The pub is too...unfortunately.Well, the city of Kerpen has made good sales for our skilled workers

Shabby hotel with lousy facilities, terrible bathroom, no contact person (except the cook in the morning) and horrendous prices. Absolutely not recommended and never again!

Central location in a not so inviting square. Not inviting from the outside. A few steps away is a small shopping center, including a Rewe.Lobby clean, white tiled. The employee was polite and tried hard. Unfortunately the elevator is out of service, the restaurant is closed due to renovations.Rooms without air conditioning, so a bit stuffy. The old furniture, carpet and cushions on wicker chairs made it very dusty and not recommended for allergy sufferers.Bathroom tiny, inside with ventilation and overall very old. Due to age, joints are not a great look, shower tray without a roughened floor, so it's easy to slip. Everything works, hot water runs uninterrupted, so you can shower in peace. Towels clean and sufficientBeds were good, linens clean.If you want an overnight experience, romance, wellness... you've come to the wrong place. If you want to stay overnight at a reasonable cost, you can do so here.We skipped breakfast because we wanted to leave early

An old hotel that desperately needs to be renovated. You step back into the 70s/80s. Elevator didn't work. Bathroom with broken tiles. A toilet where when you sit down you end up with your knees against the wall 🙈. Beds bad. No sockets to charge your PC or phone unless you unplug the TV. Lots of deferred maintenance. Price quality completely lost. Not recommended.

The hotel is getting old. The elevator is out of service and the restaurant is closed. The bathroom was small and already showing its age. To wash your hands you have to bend over the toilet. A television also fell off the wall during the stay. The breakfast was OK, the rolls were too firm for my taste.

I stayed here for 2 nights for work and I really didn't notice anything negative. The staff is extremely friendly and is immediately available to answer any small requests. Here you really have the feeling that the guest is still welcome and is not a burden. I would love to come back - prices are completely okay and the breakfast is sufficient and tasty

I stayed here for two days and had a comfort single room that was really equipped with everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable and comfortable.The check-in was quick and professional.Everyone I met from the staff was very nice and helpful.Can recommend the hotel.

What a place!I just wanted to make a reservation, but I was speechless and seriously asked myself whether they even clean properly. I suspect for me, they don't. You want €69.00 for the room with breakfast. €20.00 on top for a dog that the guest brings with them.Then what kind of children do you take when they come into the house? They make more dirt and are louder.That's right, this cleaning product when there was a dog, sure. I haven't seen that in 20 years of gastronomy.Conclusion: During the Corona period, a room is only cleaned properly if there has been a dog in it.Or, you just rip off. Who knows where else? It's better to avoid these places.

The rooms are disgustingly dirty and the service, especially from the owner of the hotel, is the worst service we have ever experienced. Rip-off and unfriendly treatment. Agreements and promises are not kept.
