Never again. Next time I'd rather spend €200-300 more. The windows in our room couldn't be closed. The reception was very untidy and dubious. In addition, the bathroom was a disaster and with a lot of creativity it still "worked". The kitchen was dirty. The doors are stuck so it's a bit of a matter of luck whether you get in or out. So instead of littleFriedrichRooms, probably littleNightmareRooms

I have to admit, when I saw the building from the outside I was pretty disappointed and worried. It looks old, beaten up and run down. Seeing rooms from the inside was a very pleasant surprise though, as my room was very clean and huge! The owner was pretty nice and the place had a pretty chill vibe to it. A few remarks:- The kitchen is missing quite a bit of equipment. There is only one big pot, no pan, as well as a microwave. Quite limiting, but oh well.- The doors need some greasing for sure. Put some WD-40 in the joints, they desperately need it.Overall, this place gets the job done. The location is good, one of the main streets of Berlin, close to public transport and a few attractions. Would recommend.

There are 7 rooms on site, all of which can be locked individually. Each room has a closet, a table and a bed for two people. There were also towels 👍🏻 There are 3 shared bathrooms with showers etc. …

Not a good place. The entrance is too hard to find, the room was ok, the shared bathroom was ok, the shared kitchen was completely disgusting and dirty and the service was THE WORST, they're so gros and disrespectful.

I don't mind a small room. However, if the bed is so wide that I can hardly get around, I find that impractical, especially since it is offered as a single room. I don't need a 160cm bed. I have to contort myself a lot to open/close the window. Shower and toilet is very small and narrow. Not for corpulent people. However, for 5 or 6 rooms there are 3 showers/toilet. However, 1 shower is a little better in terms of design. The refrigerator urgently needs intensive cleaning. With the windows closed it is relatively quiet. Unless there is noisy messing around with the garbage containers that are in front of the window or other loud actions in the backyard. The motion detectors usually take a little longer. Actually arrive by 5:30 p.m. I arrived later, but it still worked. The landlord (Daniel) is very friendly and helpful. However, the price is a bit too high for what it is in my opinion.
