What's wrong with this, it's not clear, I was tricked, they said, if you want to make a booking, you have to transfer it first to the BNI account number, A.N Munir Khusyaeri said to print a receipt, but when it was transferred, it asked for account confirmation and asked for the account number, luckily I didn't give you the account number. Honestly, I don't think this is going to be a scam, because the WA number I contacted was the WA number listed on Google because logically, if the number is listed on the hotel's Google, it means the hotel knows whose number it is, but when I called the hotel, they didn't. What's the responsibility? How come the WA number listed is actually the fraudster's number? Honestly, I was very disappointed because the hotel I complained to did not respond well

Review of several last week, How can a minimal boarding house like this be included in Traveloka?? Back to the Apes era again. 😑. 170 thousand, outside bathroom, AC not cold, no TV, room UK. , soap, etc. It's really crazy.

Very bad, dirty dirty bed sheets. Damp floor. It's cramped, the receptionist is an unclear kid, he doesn't get a towel. When I checked in, I was told to pay additional VAT, it said 10,000, even though it was already a fixed price when I bought it on Traveloka...

Some places are clean, some are dirty, the bathroom is narrow enough to fit one person, the drain hole is open, smelly, the toilet flusher is jammed, the bed sheets have blood stains, lots of smokers, suitable for a men's boarding house, tired of climbing the small stairs to the 3rd floor , not suitable for the elderly, room door hinges are broken. Thank you and will not stop here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Service is not very good. There is no one guarding the entrance post. Everyone is fast asleep in the room! I wanted to check in so hard, I had to wait half an hour!! because there is no one on guard... my advice is that even if you want to sleep, it's better to sleep in the guard chair, not in the room!!Then when you checked in you were asked for a VAT fee of 10 thousand. This is the first time I checked in. I was asked again when I checked in.The bathroom is incomplete, you can't get anything to drink, there are no towel facilities, etc. Strange accommodation...

The room was stuffy, lots of mosquitoes, dusty, no towels, no drinking water, no soap. The AC wasn't cold at all, I turned it on for 15 minutes until I changed rooms and it wasn't cold either. He said there was a TV but there wasn't one either. Be careful if you want to stay at this homestay, it's a scam. I wasn't there for 1 hour but the money wasn't returned. When I complained that my child couldn't sleep because the AC wasn't cold, he laughed, sir. It's funny when customers aren't comfortable and don't complain.

the room was quiet on Agoda there was only 1 room left then the receptionist was flirtatious and looked at her from her feet to the top of her hair then she was directed to a room where there were people when she wanted to open the door it turned out someone was filling it then the window couldn't be locked the air conditioner felt

Budget accommodation in the middle of Surabaya city. As the name suggests, the inn is like a boarding house. I stayed at the end of April to May 2023. I happened to want to go to Surabaya, booked accommodation via Traveloka, I got this accommodation. When we arrived at the crime scene, they didn't have my name in their notes. After waiting for a long time, finally, whether they wanted it or not, they accepted me, luckily I had all the proof of payment. Cheap, for 2 days not even 300k. But that's okay, the service is according to the stars. And the atmosphere is a bit scary too. Until I ask my husband to wait for me when I go to the toilet at night 🤭 going to the city center is enough. There are lots of people selling food around there too😅

In the application there was 1 room left, but when we got there there was no one staying at Samsek. Only my husband and I stayIn my opinion, the room was small, so I moved to one that was a bit wider and brighter. I thought the KM was inside, but it turned out the KM was outside.If you have a budget like that, don't have high expectations, it's true that there are different prices.

Booked on Agoda, it said one room remainingWhen we got there the atmosphere was quiet, no one was staying, the view & outside environment was horrifying, the receptionist was careless and had no manners, but when we wanted to go out to buy food, there were people hanging out in front who were wearing clothes too, when we checked in we were still charged 10,000, don't know what to do.Room :Doesn't match the photo, the cot is Olympic wood, when you hold it, it shakes and makes a sound (not recommended). In the application there is a description of TV facilities, but there aren't any.The sheets are crumpled, the pillows are embossed.The outside bathroom doesn't have towels, that's bad.Equivalent cost (like the banner "cost capsule")Those who want to stay here think about it, it's better to spend more budget to book another hotel
