Beautiful new hotel that also received a major design award this year. Located in a truly eastern part of Berlin, in the middle of other GDR high-rise buildings. Tram stop in front of the door, the ring line 500 meters away. Truly beautiful breakfast room. Check-in is incomprehensibly inefficient, friendliness at the counter is a point of attention, compensated by colleagues at breakfast. Very nice rooms. Hallways beautifully designed, most beautiful details. Very clean.

Beautifully furnished hotel with a small but very nice wellness area. Since it has been mentioned often in the comments here: housekeeping entered my room without asking, despite the sign and even though cleaning was already taking place.The reception was curt upon arrival and checkout, and I was not given a direct feedback form, so I would like/have to mention here that there was a strange smell throughout the entire hotel - at the reception, in the corridors and stairwells, even in the wellness area. Area. Maybe a strong-smelling cleaning product or unusual room scents? That made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Parking garage directly under the hotel, friendly reception, rooms clean, quiet and spacious. The small but nice wellness area with sauna (sauna etiquette should be posted) has a wonderful view of the Alex. Fitness room sufficient. The bar and restaurant have proud prices. The breakfast buffet for €28 is overpriced and has too little choice for this price.

Good room size and a very comfortable bed. Spa area and gym are excellent. 80% of the staff only speaks English, but that seems to be normal in Berlin.Make sure you stay in one of the houses at the back, it was pleasantly quiet here.We'd love to come back.

We have stayed in this modern, beautiful hotel a few times and have always been satisfied. A beautiful winter garden and nice breakfast staff.On October 23rd we booked for 2 nights. On the second night there was a loud party on the floor above us from 10 p.m. to around 4:30 a.m. We informed the reception, they had already called the police. Unfortunately, the person was unable to get this noise disturbance under control. When we went to reception in the morning we were promised an end. But that wasn't the case, the police had to be called a second time.Even though we know the staff can't do anything about it, we still expected a proper apology when we checked out. Recommendation: perhaps a drink at the hotel's expense would have relieved the pain.It is important to train all your staff in a service-oriented manner.Stifling the answer "they were nearby" after asking if everything was okay is not okay.Since there are many nice hotels in Berlin, we probably wouldn't book with you again and wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

We came here with the company for work. The company paid all rooms breakfast included for four days. They try to charge us again and also two times even for the mornings we didn't have any. The staff is not coordinated well. It takes more than half an hour to clear the situation. Never evee ever again. No way. Plus. There is no kettle or fridge in the rooms. The rooms are dusty

Caution! Party hotel!Loud music and screaming in the middle of the night.Sleeping between 2:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. was out of the question. Knocking and calling reception didn't help. The hotel staff didn't want to or couldn't solve the situation and at some point they simply stopped answering the phone.Worst hotel night I've ever had!

Very nice and stylish hotel in a great location. The design of the hotel is really great and, together with the wellness area, definitely justifies the price. One star deducted because there was a bit of a lack of attention to detail: in our room the toilet seat was loose and looseslid back and forth. In addition, the pillowcases had two holes in the fabric and although many everyday items (hair dryer/sewing kit/shoehorn/...) were provided, there were unfortunately no hygiene products in the rooms. This should actually be standard by now.Unfortunately we didn't test the restaurant.

I was very pleased with my stay at Sly Hotel !!The room was neat, spacious and properly furnished with everything I required. The best part of my stay definitely had to be the staff.From the restaurant with Tobi and Kleidi and Dima the receptionists really stood out. The receptionists were always polite and eager to respond to requests or questions. I recommend this hotel and I will surely come back.

From my point of view, there can't be a better hotel in Berlin 🤩 Fantastic interior and very special architecture. 3 houses connected with beautiful glass elements. Very easy to reach by tram. In just a few minutes you can be at Hackescher Markt or Rosenthaler Platz. You can also walk to the colorful Friedrichshain with bars and restaurants in 15-30 minutes and also to Prenzlauer Berg. And in beautiful areas in between. Our room was wonderful and an absolute feel-good place in the Red House with a stately bathroom 😃 Bar and restaurant round off the concept perfectly. I'm honestly worried about trying another hotel in Berlin in the future... I'm afraid the SLY is hard to beat for me!!

Very tidy, modern hotel with a beautiful, large winter garden that serves as a restaurant with a bar and a breakfast area with a buffet. The staff is international and courteous. There are many amenities in this hotel. I would particularly like to highlight the modern sauna facility with a relaxation room, loungers, panoramic views, showers and fruit, on the roof of one of the associated buildings and a fitness room.

The Hotel Itself is very modern and the place smells fantastic in all communal areas, Our room was very comfortable spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Our Bathroom was big with a fantastic walk in shower and great soaps and plenty of towels. My only gripe would be the aircon which only goes as low as 21 degrees, i feel this is fairly warm and could be lower. However when i mentioned this to the reception they gladly offered a change of room and brought me a fan which was lovely of them. A fridge could help in the rooms.The hotel bar is very nice with a nice selection of drinks and helpful staff.The location is slightly outside of the busier more touristy areas but not so far away that they can't be reached by either taxi or tram in 10 minutes or a 25 minute walk.The sauna and gym areas are just great and very clean, the view from the sauna and chill lounge above is fantastic.I would recommend staying at Sly and would absolutely consider staying again on revisiting Berlin.

The Sly Berlin is a 10 out of 10. Modern, cozy, high ceilings - something very special. Everything is still very new. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fantastic. There is nothing left to be desired (ginger shot, oat milk, good veggie selection - everything is included). The wellness area is also very nice. The sauna is nice and afterwards you can go out onto the terrace. What particularly struck me was the quietness at night despite the openness and location of the hotel in the middle of Berlin! Our room faced the back yard.Definitely a very clear recommendation! This hotel invites you to linger.
