To all the men who book the hotel. I am a neighbor of the hotel. The looks you give me when I come out of the house are disgusting and the fact that you know where I live is really the worst thing. If this continues and I have to put up with being kicked off at night, there will be consequences. There are many people in the neighborhood who have you and would give up so that this hotel disappears.Update from 07/19/24:Today, as a resident of the street, I saw someone squatting in the front yard smoking something that smelled neither of grass nor cigarettes.Apart from that, the last few days at around 2:00 a.m. 3-5 residents come to the hotel by taxi and talk so loudly that it wakes you up.I would do anything to feel comfortable again in the street where I have lived since I was born. As a woman, you have to be careful every time people hang out in front of the front door so as not to attract attention and get disgusting looks. Nothing changed about that.

I was a recent guest at this hotel and my stay was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When I entered my room I was shocked at the condition it was in. There was dust and dirt in the corners and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned.Additionally, the hotel's walls were so thin that I could hear every word my neighbors said. It was difficult to relax or sleep when you were constantly disturbed by noise from other guests.Another major problem was the strong smell that was noticeable throughout the hotel. It was an unpleasant smell that was simply impossible to ignore and made my stay even more unpleasant.Overall my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, the thin walls and the unpleasant smell significantly affected my stay. I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. I had to cancel my overnight stay due to these deficiencies and did not receive any refund. However, I will reclaim this with legal support. Very disappointing.

Perfect for one or two days, clean and cheap, unfortunately there was no shower gel or soap in the bathroom as advertised. From there to the arena in 20 minutes by car.

Location is so far away from the city center. It takes at least 30 minutes to go center. And the streets around the hotel is not safe. It is so quiet and isolated. Rooms are so small. The staff (a man I talked on the phone) was so rude. He screamed out to me when I need the door code one more time. If you are a solo traveler, you must not choose this hotel. The people were so noisy. Rooms are close to each other and you cannot sleep because of the noise.

If you're looking for minimalism, you'll find it here.Yes.. there was a bed and a rudimentary kitchenette but the bathroom was so tiny that it defies description. .So .. ok for sleeping .. but please only use the cheapest tariffs and move on straight away.

Unfortunately, I booked with my son for two nights and was on the way from Stuttgart. Unfortunately we didn't arrive at the accommodation in time for 10 p.m., but only 10 minutes later. Although I contacted the accommodation to be on the safe side, my request was rejected. At this late hour I had to look for and book another accommodation for myself and my 11-year-old son. That was really annoying. Cancellation was no longer possible at this point, although the costs from the start were already 82 euros, which corresponds to almost 3/4 of the total price.After a day of contacting the property, I received a response that I could have canceled. This company doesn't seem to have clear values. Check-in was by phone, meaning you had to use the old-fashioned method of calling the phone number, providing the code and entering it. Because we had already paid, we still had to stay there one night. Unfortunately the room smelled very unpleasant, so we were forced to open the windows. However, this led to a lot of mosquitoes coming in, so we soon had to close it again.I really can't recommend this accommodation.

Me and my mom stayed in Apartment hotel Jonas for one night during our drive from Sweden to Holland. We booked 20 minutes before we arrived at 9.30 pm. Check in worked perfectly. The room was very clean. Extremely affordable!

The worst and most unreliable hotel I have ever seen. I booked a room there with the note, the importance, that I definitely needed the room. The owner then tells me that my booking will be confirmed by email. I waited two days and there was no confirmation. I then called them again and said that I hadn't received an email. The same lady explains that her husband had probably forgotten to confirm the room and asked me, which should have seemed strange to me, to write an email to the hotel so that a link for payment via Paypal could be sent to me.As I said, the urgency of the booking and the repeated request to keep the room reserved was emphasized several times.But there is no response to the email I sent either.So on the day of arrival I call again to clarify the key handover, when they actually explain to me that the room has already been given to someone else because I supposedly didn't get in touch.Outrageous, such a lie, incompetence across the board.It should also be noted that the lady didn't even mention a word of apology, but wanted to foist two small single rooms on me and suddenly I was allegedly sent an email several times.When I asked which address, it suddenly became too difficult to look, and my phone number was also stored.Conclusion:Completely incompetent staffLie as much as you canCheeky and unfriendlyIt's better to look for another hotel, as this approach certainly reflects the hotel management.The other reviews show the rest, I should have looked at that beforehand.I immediately found another hotel, one call and the room was available, without any problems, I can pay later on site and I was treated nice and friendly.This lady probably still has to learn that she depends on her guests and not the other way around.There are tons of hotels and probably every other one is better than this one.I'm setting off straight away and am looking forward to a friendly and reliable reception.
