The arrival. It said at 4:00 p.m. But it was actually at 5:00 p.m. When after speaking with customer service of the bkg app... they arrived... payment only in cash.1. The person in charge does not have knowledge in hospitality and customer service. Although he is kind.2. Payment only cash.3. Check inn. After speaking with customer service. They attended 1 hour after what was agreed.4. Room. Good, with bathroom. And a small kitchen to prepare something. It has everything you need for coffee. You and. Utensils. Fairly good!5. Improve the washing of towels and sheets. Has. A smell. Unpleasant humidity. Very negative point.6. Parking on the street. It is easy to find in the surrounding streets.7. Proximity to Bremen. Walking 15 minutes you are in the center. And the path is very beautiful to the river trail.

Because we wanted to spend the night along the way because we were on our way from Denmark to the Netherlands, we decided last minute to try it here.When we called we got a German speaking man on the phone. A little later a woman came to open the door of the apartment, without greeting us. Inside the apartment, we had the right door upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised: it looked very nice. The apartment is very noisy, it is located on the main road where trams run regularly. The bed slept well and the price was very attractive!You can get a great pizza across the street from the apartment ;)Payment is made via cash and I received my change back.The name of the apartment makes you think that it is located on the water, but that is not true.Conclusion: a bit strange that the woman does not speak English or German and also comes across as a bit blunt, but otherwise a great apartment for when you are passing through.

Contactless handover doesn't work at all!!!When we had agreed to a handover and paid, the nice lady (who knew neither German nor English) told us via Google Translate that the ID card would remain with her as a deposit. When I said no, because my flight was the next morning 8:00 a.m. and it is forbidden to keep your ID in Germany. I was treated unkindly. Everything was very dubious and not transparent!!!Afterwards I was called several times via anonymous and 10 minutes later 3 times.That I should pay €99 for the call!Very spooky👻Be careful!!!

This was my experiance and possible to improve responsively on the top flor, the oven did not work, the dishwasher did not work, the room very small, did not see a fire alarm?, a lot of noise from the street and tram, not quiet staff during quiet hours... Cheap, close to tram station

It is an apartment with all the necessary facilities. It is close to the tram station (route 4) from where you can relatively reach the central areas of the city.An interesting aspect is the parking which is free in the area, but you have to be lucky to find a free place.

We chose the apartment because it was close to family. At first glance, quite neat. The kitchen is well furnished. However, there is room for improvement with the beds. Apparently there is a problem with the slatted frames on all three single beds. Every little movement makes noises that don't really let you sleep. The balcony has a view of the garden. However, the awning needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Very warm welcome! The room is clean and the bed comfortable 🛏️. The bathroom is really functional and beautiful 🤩. However a little noisy with the tram and the road right next to it. The night is bearable, we slept well 💤. Parking on the street but free, no spaces assigned to the hotel. Perfect location for quick access to the city center 🚃.

Had a comfortable stay here. The host was very warm and nice. What came as a surprise was an additional 5% tourist tax to be paid at the property. However, it can be negotiated depending on the purpose of the visit and residential status.

The room is clean, there is no closet, there is no curtain in the shower, so everything floods into the bathroom. Upon check-in, we were charged a tourist tax, but this was not indicated on the booking. Check-in was too late, from 4 p.m., we arrived at 4:30 p.m. and still waited until they let us into the room, but check-out was clearly at 10:00 a.m.
