Very bad. The area is not far from the old town. From around 8 p.m. onwards it seems very dangerous and unsafe: dirty, lots of heavily drunk (.....dependent?) people, strong smell of urine everywhere. The hotel itself is very noisy and not really clean. Double room was on the 3rd floor, although it was promised on the 1st. Room was small, with a broken window, no table. There wasn't even a water basin in the room. This means that not only the shower, but also the toilet and tap have to wait until they are free, because some guests go to the toilet with their tablet PCs in their hands (the hotel can't do anything about that, but it's good to know). At 3 a.m., screaming and calls for help from outside right in front of the hotel entrance were also part of the program.

Very nice simple hotel, nice big room, nice staff. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the room until the evening because it wasn't rented out right away and we weren't leaving until the evening. We'd love to come back

Very kind and friendly staff; I don't speak English well and they were patient and helpful in answering my questions.Excellent location, close to everything, the center and the tram lines to reach the more peripheral places.Very comfortable and spacious room, very large rooms, if you want you can have your own privacy.

Great city! Nice hostel! Central location, cheap. The kitchen had everything we wanted, easy to use, ots of space in the fridge and regular storage. Great reception from the staff and they answered our questions when we got there.

The cleanliness is very good. Overall I found it very relaxed and quiet. The staff at reception is super friendly. Unfortunately I have to say that there was no hot water when showering, but that wasn't a problem. I would always check in here. Was very satisfied.
