Tiny room with an extremely small bathroom built into it, in which the loud ventilation was constantly running. Why you need a microwave and refrigerator in such a cubicle is a mystery to me. The bed was the only seat so high that I could dangle my legs. Located right on a busy road - booked weeks in advance and asked for a room at the back. Walls to the other rooms are paper thin, you can understand every word. Sleep was unthinkable without plugs hammered all the way into my ears. The one star is for the cleanliness. I definitely won't be checking in here again.

The owner promised me on the phone that I would get a room with a double bed and a bathroom. I came from North Rhine-Westphalia and got 2x single beds and a great shower. I called the owner and she said you either get single beds and a shower or a bathroom with a double bed. I find this worthy of a contract because the invoice says double room apartment, this has nothing to do with the fact. I also confirm the volume that you can hear everything from others, that's true, once you're in Bremen you'll never go there again and you'll never sleep here again.

Since we spontaneously needed a room in Bremen, we unfortunately booked there. OK for 70€ but impossible for 280€. Make money quickly if there are no more rooms to book in Bremen. There was no check-in at 3 p.m., there was still cleaning. When we finally wanted to lie down for an hour, an employee simply came into the room. Although she knocked, she simply opened up to our reaction. It's noisy! You can hear pretty much everything from the other rooms! If you don't want to sleep well, book there. Never again and especially not for this price! The room was clean, that's the only reason I gave it one star.

Stay away from this hotel!Extremely unfriendly, incompetent, linguistically difficult to understand man at the registration desk.We were looking for a room at short notice to stay overnight and booked it there that same late afternoon. However, assuming that the hotel is located on Erlenstrasse. Only there did we find out that we had to go to Langemarckstr. 215 must. We were assigned room number 12 and dragged ourselves up the stairs. When we got to the top we found a scantily clad man on the bed at number 12! My friend wanted to leave immediately, but I was so exhausted and couldn't take it anymore. Then my friend called the receptionist. He then came and chased the man from number 12 into the 13th. Of course he was anything but enthusiastic. He then offered us room number 11, which we accepted. The man didn't even apologize for his mistake of assigning a room twice, not even when asked. Number 11 was clean and tidy but faced the main road so you couldn't open the window because of the noise. In addition, the room is a horror for those sensitive to e-smog, as there is an old bunker on the other side of the street that is equipped with all kinds of antennas. My friend is one of those people who notices it straight away. As soon as he was in bed, he got a headache in his right temple, one of the (presumably) 5G antennas aimed directly at it. It was only possible to spend the night by moving the bed.

Room is okay for the money, but cleanliness should still not be a foreign word... indescribable!The receptionist is just busy with his work and responds unfriendly to questions, no matter what time of day it is.The location is of course good with the train connection and you can be in the old town or the main train station within a few minutes

Not suitable for older people, very narrow staircase, no help for suitcases and the little room was more of an uncomfortable storage room. To get onto the bed you had to use a step ladder, which could also be used as a seat. There was no storage space to put something to eat, there was a microwave and a few dishes as well as a small refrigerator. Bed linen was okay, but the pillow and blanket had a rubber cover like in a retirement home, absolutely unpleasant. Everything was very clean, but once and never again.😏

Booked 3 nights on a bike tour. Room with 20m2 and terrace. We were first given a room in the attic with around 12m2, without a cupboard or shelf, with a sloping ceiling and without a terrace. After we lodged an objection, we were given a room with around 15m2 and a terrace on a grating, but it was a bit tight. Was out the back and pretty quiet. Went for now. Was right at a stop. Opposite a penny market. Attention cyclists: storing bicycles in the underground car park costs 15 euros per room per day, which is a high price in my opinion, but a car parking space was taken up for this. Room price was good. Price-performance is ok. There is no breakfast, not even as an option, you have to organize it yourself.Can be used by cyclists with restrictions.

I booked for 4 nights and was pleasantly surprised. Very close to the center and pleasantly quiet despite the location on a busy street. The equipment may not necessarily be state-of-the-art, but it has a lot of attention to detail and is completely sufficient. The refrigerator gets an extra plus point from me, the same applies to access to the terrace and the USB charger in the socket.I had room number 1, which unfortunately can only be reached via a staircase downstairs.

So I can't recommend that you pay in advance and you don't get anything and what happens if, no matter what reason, I want to change pension, you get paid in advance and the money isn't returned.

Check in is easy, but there is no possibility to leave luggage beforehand. Room is nice, clean, bright. Unfortunately the window faces an inner courtyard where there were always a lot of people. So it wasn't very nice to open the window. Bathroom is also clean, everything works. Unfortunately there was no soap. The kitchenette is small, but you don't miss anything, but there is no oil and no salt.The location is great, in the middle of Bremen Neustadt, a very nice district. Trams and buses to the city center stop in front of the door, and there is a supermarket directly opposite.Overall, a comfortable accommodation with a good price-performance ratio if you can do without a few little things.

It was the worst experience in my life while traveling. NEVER, never book and stay in this hotel.I happened to lock the a room key inside my room while stepping outside for 10 minutes. The moment I realised that my key, my phone, my purse and all of my things are inside, I tried to contact the owner via dial in inside the building (there was noone at the recetion ever). Instead of solving the issue, the owner told me in a very agressive manner, that that's my problem, she is not going to help me, noone is going to come and let me in, and I should stay somewhere else for the night or at 'my friends' !!! (which is insane, because I am paying for the room and I am in the city for work). Told me there is noone to help me and 'goodnight'. I tried calling again and explain once more that I don't even have a phone with me, absolutely nothing, but lady just ended the conversation and wasn't picking up anymore.This happened 3 times.I had to go to the closest bar and ask people to help me and call number (mentioned on the front door of the hotel), same lady picked up, and again told that she won't help me and 'I shouldn't forget my key, but now I will have to stay somewhere else'.This person basically was trying to rob me of my belongings and leaving on the street late in the evening, degrading me, being rude and ignorant.She showed up 2 hours after, while I was sitting just in a tshirt and slipper outside the hotel.This is inhuman and psychopatic attitude.

I made a reservation with my companion months ago, we couldn't get in because there was no one at reception and we were forced to sleep on the street as another of the reviews says. We are still waiting for a refund that will never arrive. Undesirable treatment. not come

When you arrived at check-in you were greeted in a friendly manner and taken straight to your room. The rooms are simply but comfortably furnished. A door gives you access to the inner courtyard, where you can chat with other guests when the weather is nice, but you can also do it alone You can spend a relaxing few minutes there, all in all I was very satisfied and would come back at any time. 5*
