We were in your house from December 9th, 2016 to December 11th, 2016. We immediately felt comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, we didn't miss anything. The large room was very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated.When we come back to Bremen, we hope that there is still a room available. We would be happy to come back.

Great hotel.Central and very quiet.Great breakfast with a large selection and the possibility of making fresh waffles.We stayed here for 2 nights and would definitely book again next time we visit Bremen.Parking either directly at the hotel, if spaces are available, or in the nearby area.A good parking option is in the Parkhaus am Wall, Am Wandrahm 54, 28195 Bremen, which can be reached on foot in 5 to 7 minutes.

Nice and quiet hotel, very close to Beck's coffee mill. Very restful sleep facing the green courtyard. The interior is reminiscent of the hotel's predecessor, Feng Shui. However, it used to be more comfortable here.There isn't even a doily on the tables in the restaurant. The service at breakfast was sometimes inadequate. At 9:25 a.m. the buffet was only stocked with remaining items. There was no fruit or fruit salad today. The succinct answer to the question "why is there no fruit" was "we don't have it today." When I then asked for a top up of scrambled eggs and pickles, I was "lectured".It is already too late, “we are a green hotel”. Yes and?Anyone who has booked and paid for breakfast at this hotel can expect full service.Speaking of which: How does the hotel's green policy and the "drive a Porsche for your birthday" offer actually fit together?I mean, not at all...Another note about the atmosphere of the house:Very sober hallways where you can get lost without getting lost.Be careful when using the (spa) elevators, you can only get to the reception or the exit with 2 special elevators. When I told the receptionist about this and asked for better information, I was succinctly informed that everything is in the information sheet that every guest receives when checking in. Thank you for this unrelated excuse.

Upon arrival, I was spoken to by an employee who did not seem to be interested in it.The hotel is neat and the rooms reasonable.It's a pity that there is no cup of coffee available in the room or anywhere else in the hotel.The hotel bar also appeared to be closed on Sundays.Nothing to drink in the entire hotel. That does detract from the hotel.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I stay in hotels quite often but what is happening here is not okay. I checked in and thankfully my room was ready for occupancy on Friday afternoon. About 2 hours later someone was standing in my room because it had probably been taken twice. Unbelievable. Furthermore, my room wasn't cleaned. Left there at 10:30am on Saturday morning and came back around 11pm. Unfortunately nothing happened. The night porter probably created new room cards without asking for the name or presenting ID. I'm not coming back.

We would book this hotel again immediately, very nice staff (at reception, breakfast, etc.).It is very centrally located and yet it is quiet there.Our room was small but nice and very, very quiet (view of the inner courtyard).We were able to store bicycles in the underground car park at no extra charge.

Right in the city, near the main train station and still a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The room is a dream, large bathroom, large shower - that's not always the case in some hotels. Very nice staff, a top hotel bar on the ground floor, the first class breakfast buffet is held there in the morning, no wish is left unfulfilled, lots of choice and really tasty. Gladly again. In terms of security, it's also top notch, in the evening you can only get to your own floor in the elevator thanks to your room card, the same applies to getting into the lobby from outside at night, only with a room card. Safety top.

The check in and check out takes significantly too long. Especially since we as a company regularly stay overnight. The rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is great for me. Everything you need is there. A little tip for the kitchen: when making fruit salad, you can also cut through thick grapes.

The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and the city center with all the famous sights and can therefore really score points when it comes to location. The house itself is in good general condition and modernly furnished. During my stay I was able to observe painting work in the hallways and the upholstery being replaced. This shows that those responsible are trying to implement everything to the guests' satisfaction. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The service staff is also very friendly and leaves nothing to be desired, whether early at breakfast or in the evening at the bar. All employees are motivated and always in a good mood. The breakfast buffet is lovingly prepared and there is something for every taste.I would like to give special praise to the staff in the background, as this is always neglected: to the kitchen, to the building services, to the housekeeping and to the ladies and gentlemen in the hotel offices. It is thanks to you that such a hotel can be operated and I wish you continued success with your great hotel. Everyone keep doing exactly that!

First of all: Do not park in the neighboring 🅿️ house!The hotel itself is fine and uncomplicated, nice staff, good room, extensive breakfast, great sauna and fitness, free bathrobe. Only the air conditioning in the room didn't work.❗️However, we were not warned about the neighboring Contipark Hilmannplatz car park.On the third night the window was smashed, everything was tossed and valuables were stolen. This apparently happens all the time there, is known locally and is well documented in Google reviews. The parking garage operator apparently does nothing and thus constantly tolerates crimes. I was a bit naive that I didn't expect this in the city center, but a quick question from the hotel staff at check-in as to whether we had arrived by car would have prevented this! Unfortunately, our stay in Bremen remains a bad memory. When asked, they were told that they only warned about the parking garage when they asked about parking options. For a 4 star hotel, it seems to me that there is little initiative towards the city administration to make the area safer, even together with the other neighboring hotels.
