Absolutely underground! We were assigned a different apartment than agreed upon. The air in it is so bad that you can hardly breathe. Beds sagging, bedding smells like a mixture of cheap fabric softener and stuffy stuff, towels as well. Bathroom damp, moldy, windowless. Tiles broken or missing, sockets partly without covers, blinds broken, holes in the walls, floor dirty, sofa dirty, walls dirty, shower head broken... Luckily we didn't have to use the kitchen, I didn't even dare to take a closer look. 80 euros for a shitty night with a headache. Unfortunately, O stars isn't possible, but it's the only rating it deserves. Hands off, people! Better sleep in the car then!

Pretty dirty and, in my opinion, tastelessly furnished, but of course that's debatable. The location is okay due to a train line (approx. 10 minutes' walk away) that takes you directly to the main station. Wouldn't travel there again.

Absolutely not recommended, dirty, all beds broken, one roll of toilet paper for 6 people, dirty floor, cobwebs everywhere, it stinks everywhere, the fridge looks like the last of the leftover food in cans on cupboards and almost all 6 beds have broken through, woke me up Back pain is therefore not recommended at all.

Not recommendable. Apartment was pretty run down. No heating, dirty beds and carpets, smells like it hasn't been aired for ten years.

Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!We booked 1 room for one night, reserved online and paid for the two of us on business, when we arrived we were told we had canceled your reservation, reason??No rooms available!The owner is arrogant and has no respect for the customers, he has chosen the wrong profession.There is an auto workshop with room apartments in the back.I hope I get my money back for what I paid, absolutely unprofessional.

We had booked the accommodation for one night.First we were given the wrong address. We couldn't find the house at the new address because there was no house number.We only put our suitcases down in the afternoon and realized in the evening what we had gotten ourselves into.The apartment stank, like the hallway before it.The apartment is dirty, beds are not possible to sleep properly. Bed number 3 was on a false ceiling, accessed via a very dirty wooden ladder.The bathroom then had exactly one towel for 2 people, the shower was very dirty and there was mold on the drain, tiles, etc. Window sills, baseboards, walls were all not clean. Wi-Fi discovered by chance, but not possible to use the Internet because the speed is zero. Windows are not properly sealed, the traffic is very audible. Mold in the refrigerator and residue on the inside door. Oven also very dirty. We then decided not to use the accommodation and to drive. 135 euros for nothing.

Absolutely not recommended.Rooms were dirty and whether they had been “cleaned” beforehand.There were hardly any utensils in the kitchen, not enough for 2 people.The fridge was dirty and disgusting and you could find enough fruit flies.The double bed was uncomfortable because the mattresses were completely worn out.Got up after a night with back pain.Both garden chairs were broken and the sofa was unusable because it had the same problem as the bed.The possible arrival time was 2-3 p.m., I arrived at 5 p.m. and still had to wait over half an hour.I don't know what the other apartments look like, but I would generally advise against renting one.Of course you can't expect much for €240 for 4 nights.But in that condition it wouldn't have been worth half as much.

When we arrived at Hannoverschenstrasse 27, we were assigned a completely different apartment, and overall this apartment was very dirty and there was dust everywhere. There was water and dirt in the washing machine, and very old coffee grounds were still found in the coffee machine. Utensils such as dishwashing liquid and towels were not to be found. The trash can and the cupboards were very dirty. The bathroom wasn't clean either and the shower towels provided smelled. There was a lot of dust and dirt under the beds in the bedrooms. There was also not enough cutlery in the apartment and one bowl was partially broken. The refrigerator was also very dirty and at night there was loud shouting outside the apartment, so we couldn't sleep well. We would not recommend this apartment!

I had several issues while staying with Royal Apartments:1. We did not receive a code for our keybox as promised day of check-in. We tried to message them through booking.com (where we made the booking) but got no answers. We ended up calling them (spoke with a german man with not great english) and not until 1 h before our arrival (23.00) did we recieve a code.2. We booked through booking.com for 5 people. Once we got in contact with them they said we had only a booking for 4 people, even though our booking clearly said 5 with 3 individual rooms. So we got an apartment with only space for 4 people. However because this information was so close to the booking we decided to take it anyway. We did get an extra matress to put on the floor (which there was not much space for in the apartment)3. Th apartment was NOT properly cleaned before our arrival. There was a lot of dust and other random not so pleasant things under the bed, on the window and in other corners, something that easily could have been fixed by a quick clean before our arrival.However we did pay an extremely affordable price, even though we did not get what we had been promised in our booking, therefore they get 2 stars instead of 1.

This apartment is clearly NOT recommended!First of all, and in my opinion the worst point, is that the apartment was NOT designed for three people, even though it was booked that way. A double bed and a sofa bed were specified, but the sofa bed was too short and couldn't be pulled out to sleep properly. The apartment was also clearly smaller than stated.Another point of criticism is that the apartment was very dirty. There was all sorts of dirt to be found, from bottle caps to chewing gum.In addition, not all of the furniture and appliances specified in the description could be found in the apartment (for example, the washing machine was missing) and the kitchen was only sparsely furnished. Because of all the dirt, it was disgusting to use them.Overall, the price-performance ratio was completely inadequate.

We stayed in the apartment on Hannoversche Straße and really enjoyed our stay.The apartment was really big and even exceeded our expectations.Everything was clean, we can't complain about dirt etc.We also thought it was great that you got the key for the apartment in a key box. Very straightforward and simple.We also found that the apartment was well located. A little outside the city center but still very good.All in all we thought our stay was great and would book again :)

Are currently housed here. When you arrive at Christernstr. I found out on the phone that we had been rebooked. Into Hannoverschestrasse.Every youth hostel is better! The house door shows signs of break-in, the apartment door is also broken, the entire place smells of stale smoke!! Absolutely disgusting! Kitchen cupboards and handles, fridge and stove are dirty (I would give notice to the cleaning lady)Slatted frame, completely broken, this is an absolute dump and an impudence.We had to spend the night there out of necessity.I didn't close my eyes all night because it was so loud outside. (This is due to the direct proximity to Tivoli/Aladin)It wasn't until half past five this morning that things slowly started to get better. The owner can't do anything about the proximity. But you were forced to close the windows and endure the smell. Windows didn't help much because people saw the place as empty even from the outside and chatted directly in front of the windows.They looked more than surprised when we politely asked if they could gossip somewhere else 😅Conclusion, fed up and broke off. Started the journey home at 8 a.m., €59 gone and €80 for 2 concert tickets for the bin, fuel costs, left out. Whole vacation for the bucket. Without sleep, concerts are meaningless. And still looking for a hotel, the price just wasn't right. Unfortunately.And to top it off, the owner thinks he has to textI'll give you the money back but remove the negative review!I'll do a damn thing.The place has potential. But if there's decades of smoke, you just have to carry out a core renovation. Painting it isn't enough.It's a shame about the old apartment because it has to deteriorate so much. With the 3 rooms and the large kitchen, it has real potential.We decide to forego the money if it means honest reviews appear and no more people fall for it.The photos have nothing to do with those on the internet. I photographed the "blinds" as an example. Are online in black. The rooms are also decorated completely differently.

I have no idea what the other stalls look like, we were at Hannoversche Straße 21.The whole apartment smelled of old smoke, and the cupboard handles and doors were dirty. Siffy oven, so the rolls we brought with us were put away again straight away.What you can't blame the landlord for, of course, is the noise from people talking loudly in front of the building. The only problem is that it forces you to close the windows and endure the smell.So we survived one night and left in the morning. It's a shame about the 80€ for the 2 concert tickets, but as tired as we are now, there's no point in struggling through it.You could really do something with the apartment.My girlfriend was much earlier with a review. When I told the landlord that we would be checking out a day early, the answer was that he wanted to refund the money, but we should please withdraw the negative review.My lady and I agree that we don't care about the money in this case.

It would not be fair to critizice the quality of the apartments given their current state of renovation. The owner has changed recently and is trying his best to make the rooms habitable. For that alone 5 stars.

Here the landlord himself comes and solves a problem immediately and in a very friendly manner...The different rooms were always functional and clean... and important for us! Parking spaces available nearby
