Not recommended for longer visits: the deposit was only given out upon request and charged with high cleaning costs (€140). The rooms were also just average, the bed was horribly soft and not fixed and the stairs to the bunk were unreasonable even for healthy people. Overall too expensive for what is offered.

Nice new aparthotel, electronic check-in. Neat double room, which is well adapted! Top location, quiet neighborhood and supermarket, bakery, kebab shop and tram stop next to the hotel.Points for improvement; the closer on the room door was very heavy. The bed was only set for 1 person (luckily we found a second set in the closet). It was very warm in the room so we had to sleep with the window wide open, but there was no mosquito repellent. Shower hose was broken, water almost ran into the room, a towel rack next to the sink would have been nice/handy. Information about the hotel was very limited, it was only on TV, but information about, for example, waste and use of the bicycle shed was missing.And a big improvement/negative point; you only pay when you check in. But only after booking confirmation will you be told that there will be an additional (fairly high) tourist tax. While you can no longer cancel for free! The booking website stated that all fees and taxes should be included in the booking price.

Perfect "appartements" if you don't need anything but a bed and a shower, and want to take care of your own breakfast, lunch and dinner. Quick connection to Bremen center by tram and by bus to University.

Ms. Vong was a very nice host! We particularly liked the hotel's lounge. You also have a wonderful view from the spacious terrace. We'd love to come back.

The aparthotel has very nice rooms with pleasant underfloor heating, which are really modern and pleasantly furnished. It is always pleasantly quiet, so you can sleep relaxed at any time. Support is also very easy to reach on the hotline and by email and is always helpful.Accessibility by car and train is great, and the proximity to the supermarket is definitely a plus.Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, so as a person who is very sensitive to heat, I cook quite well in the summer. It's also been a while since refunds have been possible in the event of cancellation, which is why I've unfortunately stopped coming here since then and instead resort to the chains in Bremen city center.However, the holidays I was able to spend here during the colder seasons have always remained fond memories, which is why I can warmly recommend the hotel to anyone who can live without air conditioning and reimbursement. If the circumstances change, I will definitely be a guest here again.

It's unbelievable that you almost never have warm water there, I tried again every day but no, the water always stayed cold. Showering was therefore never an option here. NOT COOL!

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! I spent a total of 4 days there and was amazed from start to finish. The rooms were really nicely designed and the combination of the kitchenette and murphy bed made me feel like I was in a small apartment. The service around the hotel was excellent, as there was really everything you could wish for. From a supermarket, kebab, pizza and bakery to a chicken stand, a post office, a dry cleaner and even a tailor shop - there was nothing missing here.What was particularly pleasant was the fact that there was a nice outdoor area for smokers on each floor. The price for my stay was also extremely attractive. I found the fact that there was no permanent staff to be an advantage rather than a disadvantage. All in all, I can fully recommend this hotel, both for short and long stays. It was a great experience!

Modern hotel with well thought out room furnishings. No reception, no personal contact. Snack machine on the ground floor, check-in via touchscreen, bakery and kebab shop opposite, Penny in the immediate vicinity.There is a rescue station underneath, but it doesn't bother you (you drive off without a siren).Non-smoking room, smoking possible on the balcony. The balcony goes around the building so several rooms have access to the same balcony.According to its own description, sustainableConcept.Fair price, but not a bargain. Very rarely there is a short-term problem with hot water, then let us know. I'm there occasionally and then I really enjoy it.

Clean room and bathroom. The refrigerator didn't cool properly even though it was turned to maximum. As a result, the refrigerator was extremely loud at night. Soap and shower gel was empty. Of course I had something with me myself. But I don't want to know how long this has been going on. Even during the interim cleaning it wasn't changed. I don't know how old the hotel is, but it seems relatively new and air conditioning should be standard by now. The price is not justified for a hotel that doesn't actually offer any service. Relatively unpleasant ambient noises despite the actually quiet location.Addendum:The cleaner came into the room at 8:30 on my check out day. As far as I know, check out is not that early. I can understand that the person is under time pressure, but please not like that. This just confirms my overall impression of the hotel.

Rooms and quiet location very good. Even if all the parking spaces are full, you can always find a space on the street.Unfortunately some inconsiderate, loud long-term guests.

The rooms are in excellent condition, everything is neat and clean.I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for 3 weeks - the service was at the highest level.The facility is located on the outskirts of the city.

Everything is automated when you check in at the hotel... but the beds are good... the ambience is OK... the bathroom is great... everything is new... the terrace where you can also smoke... would be happy again...

We have been there several times because we needed accommodation in the area for personal reasons; The nicetostay is not a hotel in the traditional sense, but rather you get a fully furnished apartment, also suitable for a permanent stay. Everything is modern and clean, there is also a barbecue area and common room. Staff is not permanently on site, but is always available and spontaneously available to help if something is needed. Gladly again👍

Everything is there that you need if you have normal hotel life without cooking facilities. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The e-charging station at the house is also very practical.
