Price performance of the holiday apartment was good. Nice rooms with a good view of the mountains and the town. The pool house with a beautiful swimming pool was all clean and tidy

When we arrived at the accommodation we were greeted by an older lady in a very bad mood and we were immediately told what we were not allowed to do, such as:- Children only go on the trampoline in pairs (which, by the way, was the only piece of play equipment without getting injured.)- Children are not allowed to play with the ball otherwise the ball will break because the dog will become aggressive.- It's quiet by 9 p.m. at the latest - after all, they have house rules and they are followed. The nice lady then took us to the room where the next surprise was waiting for us: there was an endless amount of hair and yellow stains on the bed sheets. There was hair all over the microwave and it wasn't clean either. Then we were informed that we weren't allowed to open the skylights because otherwise it would rain in.Things are offered on the homepage that don't exist, such as a playground with various play equipment. The truth is a rotten playhouse that flies apart when it shakes. (Risk of injury to children)The pool was extremely dirty and couldn't be used (just disgusting)The highlight of the whole thing was the grill house. The grill grate was covered in cobwebs, dead flies and there were 10 years of food leftovers hanging on the grate. It was absolutely unacceptable to grill anything there. When we decided to start the journey home again, the lady insulted us with the statement: “I haven't seen anything as sensitive as her, her CITY IMMUNATING.”A complaint has already been lodged at the tourist information office. All in all, we lost a day of vacation with this failure.

We liked the rustically furnished apartment so far, but the beds were rather uncomfortable because the mattresses were far too hard and I don't want to talk about the waste separation at the end. Apparently everything that is yellow sack is burned here. The landlady is more of an old breed and not particularly friendly. Beautiful view from all rooms, very quiet. House is still fairly new. Apartment Arber is a bit strangely laid out with a huge hallway but very small bedrooms.

Beautiful, bright and large apartment with a great view from the upper balcony. Really unbeatable for price. The trampoline and the swimming pool make children's hearts beat faster. The Hienhardt family is very nice, we felt very comfortable. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

Things didn't work out for the little 5-year-old on the farm. The accommodation was simply very good.
