We had a nice stay during our walking holiday! We received a very friendly welcome, the breakfast was delicious and extensive. We were able to put together our own packed lunches, which included extra sweets and chips. The traditionally decorated rooms and beds were clean and tidy.

ATTENTION..Not recommended...on the third day after my installation I had no new towels (2 towels were available) and the toilet paper was also all out...after a call I was told there was nothing they could do...it If only a service day were scheduled once a week...so I even stood there all night without toilet paper, even though the operator lives in the house next door and it was probably too much of a hassle for her to just come over...KEEP YOUR FINGER AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL... A DESCENT IS EVEN BETTER

A very polite request to use the toilet was answered rudely with "No".Really an absurdity. Juice shop.

Very unfriendly staff. Even though we weren't there as guests, we politely asked if we could use the toilet for a moment. The answer was a passive-aggressive no! listen. If you treat potential customers or even existing customers this way, you can just leave it alone.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU TAKE THIS HOTEL!!! NO NOT EVEN JUST ONE NIGHT!!!First of all: I visited this hotel as part of a wedding celebration and with me some other wedding guests.First impression when I came into the room: "Welcome to the 60s!"Everything is old and I don't mean retro, but simply old and musty, everything smells and creaks. The showers are disgusting, the toilets aren't cleaned, the taps don't work. The windows are dirty, I had a spider in the room, the pillows are a disgrace. You can experience all this and much more for €79 per night! From now on a little more seriousness. The breakfast for 15€ pp. is an even greater impudence. Normal breakfast prices in 3-4 star hotels are around 8€pp. So you have to serve up plenty for €15. Unfortunately that is not the case. Unfortunately, the rolls are just baked rolls from the supermarket, the selection of cold cuts and spreads is very poor. After one of us had expired coffee cream and expired Nutella, I was no longer so comfortable eating ham and cheese there.Maybe the operators of the hotel should find out that this falls under food protection and can result in hefty compensation payments up to and including a prison sentence (if intentional), so it's also not helpful if the hotel employee insults your visitors does not accept any criticism. The customer is king and if the customer complains then I have to listen to it and think about it but NEVER ATTACK THE CUSTOMER!!!!It's really an absolute disgrace how people are being ripped off here and it's no wonder that this was the only hotel nearby that had as many rooms available as needed. If necessary, we will refrain from claiming damages because we are far too lazy to sue this store.
