When we arrived, the landlord informed us that apartment 4 was still occupied by the previous tenant and could not be moved into. The previous tenant extended and the landlord accepted this in breach of contract. Attempted fraud, right? There is therefore no emphasis on compliance with binding contracts. We insisted on fulfilling the contract and, after one night in apartment 3, were able to move to the booked apartment 4.The house is very old and without thermal insulation. The rooms are high and therefore difficult to heat. Apartments 3 and 4 on the second floor are in very, very bad condition. We don't know apartments 1 and 2, but they will be smaller.A lot of things are very unkempt, very dirty, dysfunctional and our impression was that you want to earn money but offer little or nothing. There are few and only public parking spaces.Details about apartment 4:There is only cold water in the kitchen. This is rather unpleasant in a kitchen when you want to wash up. Unfortunately there is no hot water pipe to the sink faucet. So this is intentional. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher in apartment 4. There is only one coffee spoon, only one pan and only one very large (approx. 5 l) but dirty pot, three cola glasses and five coffee cups. Please bring your own crockery and cutlery. The fact that there is no complete set of cutlery is completely incomprehensible; a cheap 24-piece cutlery set costs less than 10.00.Few of the blinds can be operated, many are broken and so dusty that you can write on them.The lamp in the hallway (vestibule) has four lamps, three of which were unscrewed. Simply screw two more lamps into the socket and it is acceptably bright. This has nothing to do with saving energy. It is simply stupid to turn off lamps that only have a few watts and are only used for a few minutes a day.The toilet is in the bathroom. The original white walls in the bathroom above the tiles are actually very, very dirty. The toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet bowl. The toilet seat is far too small. This makes bowel movements uncomfortable. However, there is an aftershower, which is definitely a plus for those who don't use toilet paper.There are no towels in the bathroom. The lighting in the mirror cabinet above the hand basin also doesn't work. The hot water is supplied via an electric. Instantaneous water heater with 21 kW supplied. This is the worst water heating system in terms of efficiency. It couldn't be more energy-wasting. However, the preset temperature, which is too low, can easily be corrected upwards.With an outside temperature of around 12°C, it was still around 16°C in the apartment in the evening. The heating is planned to only be in operation for around two hours in the evening with a flow temperature of only around 35 C. The landlord also confirmed to us personally that he was consciously saving money. So it's far too cold to shower/bathe comfortably. So bringing one, or better two fan heaters with you is a good tip. The three circuits with 16 A each certainly have no problem with two 2 kW fan heaters. The trash can in the kitchen wasn't emptied once in a week. I tightened the screws on the kitchen chairs and they were safe to use.These are the facts.

Spoiled apartment, neither reading light on the bed nor cleanliness. Everything shakes in the bathroom, the ventilation whistles. Not recommended!!

The last ..The place is completely dirty. Trash can not emptied and dishes from previous guests in the dishwasher. Couch full of burn holes. The bed and bedding seem to come from bulky waste. No roller shutters but old broken and completely dusty blinds. No chairs at the dining table, just the most primitive, creaking benches. The bathroom is completely rotten, dirt everywhere. No shower cubicle, but a curtain that is too short. Flooding guaranteed and no rag to wipe up!! No coffee spoons and no kitchen towels. Owner very rude. We don't need this hole again.
