Perfect location for events, e.g. weddings. Monastery very beautiful. Location in a quiet, wooded valley near a stream below the dam wall.Park/garden, 2 winter gardens, 2 halls. 1 dining room for breakfast, hotel operation only during events.Unfortunately we no longer have our own restaurant, so external catering is required.Decoration and furnishing of the rooms stylishly and tastefully.

Service on site at the wedding was very good. The location is very chic. However, if you celebrate from Saturday to Sunday, you should pick up the car from the parking lot before 4 p.m. on Sunday. Unfortunately no one there told me this on Saturday. On Sunday from 4 p.m. there will be no one on site. Parking lot locked 😪

I am referring exclusively(!) to the hotel service. The beautiful conference venue is untouched!Unfortunately, the rooms including the hotel services do not reflect the 145 euros per night. (As there is no official price list, I cannot be sure whether we as a wedding party may have received adjusted prices.) The rooms are dark and have no air conditioning, which was very ambitious for us in midsummer. The beds are wonderful and the storage space is enormous. The WiFi is an absolute necessity in this place, but unfortunately it is also extremely poor. Even pure text messages took a long time to be sent. The bathrooms are wonderfully large and beautifully decorated. The shower options, on the other hand, are designed to save a lot of space, so you either have to take a very reduced/careful shower or wipe the area around the tub afterwards. The breakfast buffet is offered in the beautiful glass room with a view of the forest and a small stream. It is sufficiently versatile - but ultimately cannot be used as an argument for the high room prices. What also struck us was the observation by the staff. You didn't feel cared for, but rather "tolerated". While I was standing at the buffet, a man in an undershirt and with a vacuum cleaner came by and said, slightly annoyed, that he "would have to wait" because he "couldn't annoy anyone."All in all, the location itself was beautiful and extremely suitable for a wedding - unfortunately the hotel services could be improved during our visit.

We celebrated our wedding in the monastery courtyard. The location is fantastic, but you shouldn't book yourself into the monastery courtyard to stay overnight afterwards. For 145 euros a night, I expected a little more. On the one hand, as a bride and groom, the price wasn't even a little bit accommodating to us, even though the hotel had only been filled for our wedding, and on the other hand, the service was unfortunately not very accommodating. Unfortunately, breakfast consisted of rubber rolls and a small selection of spreads and scrambled eggs. Unfortunately not worth the money at all! The hotel rooms could also be overhauled and cleaned properly. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning either. Conclusion: Celebrations in the large hall were great! Hotel a total failure!

Very nice location for weddings, but also for seminars. It is remote and the cell phone network is almost non-existent, which makes it possible to concentrate on work.I can't say anything about the rooms as I didn't stay there.
