I celebrated my birthday there. There is a chic room on the 1st floor. The holiday apartments are practical for out-of-town guests. The catering by NRW Catering Royal was really excellent, as was the great service during the celebration (despite the booked drinks flat rate). In addition, the preparation was professionally supervised, e.g. a sample meal of the chosen buffet is offered, which makes the decision much easier.We didn't miss anything!

Never again! Be careful!Funeral disaster!1.The rolls weren't even buttered.2. If the goulash was freshly cooked, it was 100% canned food because it was fresh and inedible!And on top of that, the cake was served frozen, which was also supposed to be fresh! Outrageous prices for these services!If you want to throw your money out the window, you're in good hands here! The owner is so cheeky and responds to bad reviews that he made a mistake in the restaurant.Absolutely not recommended!

I celebrated my 60th birthday in Betta's room on Saturday, January 20, 2024. Very nice atmosphere. Great division into sitting, standing and dancing areas. Buffet was very tasty. The two service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Private entrance and smoking area on the terrace. Music system via Spotify is included. My guests and I had a very nice evening.

We were there for the Christmas buffet and were thrilled. The buffet was varied, plentiful and super tasty. The Kaiser Hall is impressive and beautiful. The staff was very nice and friendly. Price-performance ratio is also right. Really highly recommended.

We went to Haus Mees for the Christmas buffet on Boxing Day. The house itself appears to be in good, well-maintained condition both externally and internally. Unfortunately, the location is only suitable for party purposes and looks more like a nice canteen than a cozy restaurant. Above all, the Christmas buffet itself really couldn't be surpassed in terms of modesty. Both in terms of quantity and quality it was in no way better than a cafeteria meal (which at least took the premises into account). The small selection and simplicity of the dishes were sad to see (especially for a Christmas dinner). For 39.00 euros you can expect a lot more, even in today's times. This is demonstrated by countless restaurateurs in and around Wuppertal. A special Christmas decoration to create coziness and atmosphere was missing. Only 2 loudspeakers blasted various Christmas songs into your ears. It's a shame that you can't get more out of a location like this. Unfortunately, absolutely no recommendation.

Haus Mees is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate or simply eat delicious food. A great experience, great service. Attentive but never intrusive. The attention to detail is also evident in the salads. Rarely have I eaten a salad with so much enjoyment.My previous opinion was about a different house, I apologize.

Haus Mees is a restsurant with a mountain flair. The food is great and well served and the plates are attractively arranged. The staff is very accommodating. The atmosphere with the exposed beams is very cozy. We like coming here.
