We would have liked to eat something, but the cook who was grilling licked his fingers twice and didn't wash them, so it's just over for me. Ambience nice.

Check-in and check-out completely hassle-free. Rooms small, but clean, modern and bright. Window to the garden, therefore very quiet. Delicious breakfast, self-service but lots of choice. Bed okay, pillows too soft for my taste. Good starting point to get to know the surrounding area.

I felt comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is damn good and would be the highlight for me.

Finally open again! The food is so delicious and the service is really great. The Bavarian weeks were a great start.We'd love to come back!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. 2 adults and a baby and a small child+ was clean+ Breakfast very tasty+ Coffee machine in the hall as self service+ Very nice playground nearby+ Staff very nice and friendly- no elevator (very bad for family like us). They would have given at least one room on the ground floor.- Even though I asked for rooms next to each other from my mother and that was confirmed by email, in the end it wasn't done and my mother got a room in the other building so very bad for us.- As a family, the last floor was very bad for us, with running up and down with the children (no space to put the stroller). In the reservation it was said that we needed a baby bed, so they already knew that we were family- Sheets of double bed were very bad. They have a double room with a double bed but there were 2 single sheets on the mattress, which means every time you turned around the sheet slipped and we slept directly on the mattress.- Spa very small. 2 saunas and small swimming pools (cold) and 2 sofas

First impression: very contemporary lobby, beautiful reception room, well designed dining room in the restaurant. Very friendly receptionSecond impression: chaos! (Especially when booking)The room was in the guest house a little further away, unfortunately not equipped according to the booking and agreement. The room smelled musty, so open windows were essential, which is inconvenient next to a main road. Bed had a good mattress!Bathroom: very narrow, many tiles loose or broken - joint material missing in places, light in the shower broken, glass shelf with a slope so you couldn't put anything down. Water pressure is “too little” and heat or cold can hardly be controlled. The TV cables stretched diagonally along the wall. Overall not very inviting. Some of the furniture is in poor condition. (Table veneer off, etc.)Swimming pool: basically a good thing. A pool with a countercurrent system that you can turn on yourself if necessary. (Very very loud). The saunas seemed quite new and nice!But: There are still a lot of things wrong when it comes to saunas. There was still a lack of wall paneling in the sauna, exposed cables dangling from the ceiling in one corner that children could reach, and lamps in the shower (wet area) were wired in such a way that the individual wires were clearly visible to the next person, even if only for 10cm Lead lamp...Overall it looks very crafted and adventurous.Departure: We decided to charge the car before breakfast. We had until 11 a.m. to vacate the room. After breakfast, at 10 a.m. we paid and were in the room at 10:05 to use the toilet again and look through everything again so that we didn't forget anything. However, the room was unlocked, a rolled towel blocked the door so that it wouldn't close again and no one was there. This annoyed us a bit! If I as a guest have until 11 a.m. and the room is cleared at 10 a.m. and there could still be people or private items in it, then that's not okay.“The next drink at the bar is on us” is the motto if you forego daily room cleaning. Great idea, but not implemented transparently: The voucher cards you receive suggest that you can choose a drink at the bar. It doesn't say anywhere that this is limited to 0.1 wine or a small beer. We were looking forward to a cocktail and accepted the rejection. Perhaps a note about this would be appropriate if we haven't missed it.Conclusion: An attempt at a modern hotel with many pitfalls, a great breakfast, a freely usable coffee machine and friendly staff!
