The rooms are modern, clean and practically furnished.The breakfast was rich and very tasty.I don't know whether you would always be able to reach someone 24/7 (service), and that wasn't what we wanted from a guest room.We didn't miss the TV 😀

Very nice, pleasant rooms, cozy kitchen with tea, coffee, drinks, cereal, fruit, even oat milk was there. Everything is very comfortable and spacious and the hosts are very welcoming. Breakfast as desired and better than in any hotel.

Modern and lovingly furnished rooms and friendly service. I was even more disappointed because the room was very cold and couldn't be heated up. The fact that the rooms do not have a TV should definitely be mentioned in the description. In my opinion this is absolutely standard and necessary as a solo traveler!

We gave our father a few days in his birthplace of Wuppertal and the surrounding area for his 90th birthday and, thanks to the recommendation of our friendly hosts, we were pleasantly surprised by the cultural sights and the exciting contrasts and discontinuities in the region. Our comfortable home, furnished with very tasteful details, in the cozy town of Schwelm (just one train station away from Wuppertal!) contributed significantly to our overall successful stay.

We only stayed in Schwelm for one night and we definitely did everything right by choosing the B&B.Our room is lovingly and modernly furnished, with obvious attention to detail. Thanks to high-quality, oiled real wood furniture, the modern ventilation system and natural building materials, the room has a very good indoor climate and ambience. A modern and comfortable bathroom completes this impression.The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We were delighted with every detail of the breakfast and it was more than worth the money.From the “Klein&Fein” the old town with many restaurants, cafés and shops can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes. If it's too long for you: after less than a third of the route there is an excellent Italian restaurant “Da Toni e famiglia”. After one or two good Primitivo the rest of the route becomes easier...Back to “Small & Fine”: You can see that the hosts run the house out of conviction in all the details in the house and garden, for example in a presentation of the history of the house on a website about historical buildings in Schwelm and lovingly displayed artifacts the “good old days”. The “Klein&Fein” in Schwelm is now definitely on our list of places that we remember fondly and that we certainly won’t have enjoyed for the last time.

The hotel lives up to its name and is very lovingly furnished.☺️The bed was very comfortable! Nice bright bathroom!What we personally were missing was a television, which couldn't really be done well with the tablet.The breakfast was just right, there was a small selection of cheese, sausage and jam. You could drink tea and coffee for free all day. There were rolls of delicious bread, cereal and boiled eggsThe hosts were really very friendlyThe location of the hotel is quiet and yet close to the city, which can be easily reached in 5 minutes on foot.All in all, this small and nice deserves 5 stars. We'd love to come back

The room was a dream. The bed was super comfortable, very high ceilings in the room and the bathroom was modern with a large mirror and free shower.The breakfast was optimal, large selection of cheese, sausage, jams, teas and coffee (which is available all day at any time). Fresh rolls were brought out and we asked upon arrival whether there were any special requests. Muesli was ready with milk and there were also hard-boiled eggs.The host was very friendly and has a great sense of humor. When making the reservation he asked whether he should reserve a restaurant for us on the day of our arrival.The location of the hotel is ideal, directly on a pedestrian zone. There are a few restaurants nearby, for which a list is already prepared at reception.Conclusion: You feel very comfortable and cared for here. No wish goes unanswered and if I'm in the area again I'll definitely come back!

We found a wonderful place to stay in “small & fine”. The hoteliers are very friendly and it is important to them that the guests feel comfortable. This is clearly noticeable. The rooms are designed with great sensitivity, natural materials and subtle colors set the tone. In the beautiful kitchen, which is flooded with light and decorated with seasonal fresh flowers, you can enjoy spending a while outside the room. This is without a doubt a very extraordinary place!

Very nice hosts and great, clean rooms with a lot of charm. The building was recently completely renovated, so everything is up to date. There is a nice communal kitchen and the possibility to get water, tea and coffee at any time. I can highly recommend this accommodation.
