Booking via the o*o apk according to the application, how come it turns out the room isn't available, then why doesn't it just close, hadehh, by asking for the price we also booked according to the application price automatically, I got a price of around 65k and it said that at that price the room wasn't available. The money isn't that much but what I can't think of is why not just change the price and if it's full why not just close it?? How come the funds can't be refunded, it's my loss

It's not right if the price is 100K+ if the accommodation is like this1. There are no toiletries, only towels2. The wardrobe doesn't have a hanger. How can you hang clothes, hang them in the bathroom?3. Dirty pillows were not replaced4. The bathroom smells really bad without adding camphor.Feels like I'm using an old rented room.If you want to stay overnight, look at people's reviews first, be honest

I almost always come here at least 1 - 2 times a month because of work, the location is good, it's in a residential area, it's quiet, the bad thing is that if you want to eat you have to order online via the application (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood), which is a plus point here. public kitchen, very easy if you want coffee or tea, refillable mineral water is also provided but the location is in the middle of the 2nd floor, for those downstairs you have to go up and down to get drinking water, the rooms are worth the price, standard service, only recently the quality it's getting lower and lower, hopefully in the future it can be improved again.

The place is in a housing complex, about 700 m from the main road, then when I arrived at 10.00 the receptionist was out, there was no one at the door, so we waited for about 10 minutes. There is a prayer room there as well as a place for guests to sit, then motorbike parking inside, for cars outside. For around 100 thousand, we get a room that is not clean enough, because the sheets are dirty, and there are tall animals on the walls, but the floor is clean. There is AC in the room and it works. There's a cupboard. And also the TV can't be used. A blanket is provided, as well as a small bar of soap and a small amount of toothpaste and shampoo. For the bathroom, the faucet is a bit faulty. But it's worth it, it has warm water and it works.Oh yes, when checking in, you need to show your husband and wife's ID cards, along with proof of marriage.

Clean rooms, rates do not match the O*O application, you can order via the application for 2 days which can be claimed for 1 day automatically, you have to pay an additional fee. He said he was no longer collaborating with OYO but how come he can check my payment? Weird 🤭. The management is bad, CP is slow to respond and uncommunicative. Check out without a receipt

The time for the Maghrib call to prayer in Surabaya was 21 December 2022 at 17.45, I arrived at 18.05 until 18.45, the officer could not see the bridge of his nose. I called several times but didn't answer.Don't ever stay here!
