It's a bit strange that there is no air conditioning. But the hotel in general and the rooms are wonderfully clean. It's a pretty good place for its price. The double bed is incredibly big and comfortable. The sofa that opens as a bed for a child is not suitable for sleeping. Parking available

I like the concept and am happy when I can arrive at any time and no longer have to deal with checking in at reception. Ideal for my business stays. I would also describe the service as good, as friendly employees can always be reached via the hotline with immediate solutions! Breakfast is also always delicious and comes early, so I can leave early for business meetings! Clear recommendation!

Hotels without staff are a matter of taste, free parking spaces, charging options for electric cars and free coffee in the hotel are positive aspects. What was noticeable about the rooms was that the wardrobe was barely accessible, narrow and the top two compartments were not accessible. There is no shelf for shower gel/glasses in the shower and the drain does not drain the water away.Addendum: The caretaker came immediately and took care of the matter and fixed the problem.Acceptable for a short stay, but for longer stays the furnishings are too spartan for my taste. The constant beeping of the smoke/fire alarm system in the entrance area was annoying.The location is good, pedestrian zone about 300 m away. There is a small fitness room in the basementRegistration: The service rating consists of the quick response to our inquiries and the service offer. A hotel without a reception can naturally score fewer points than one with a reception, concierge, etc.

Practical, clean, uncomplicated, the price and performance are right here. Thumbs up for the good location, spacious rooms, free parking and WiFi. You should take into account when booking that the upper floor cannot be reached by elevator. We are convinced regular guests of this hotel, the concept is great for a private city trip or for business. During a little chat with the friendly housekeepers Andrea and Irene in the lounge, I got a few tips for going out for the next visit and a free coffee - thank you very much!

Great location, breakfast in the box, if you forget it, you have no chance of getting another one. The fact that this box is placed outside the room is something special. Otherwise everything is fine.

I recommend the hotel, the rooms are ok, with a kitchenette, a kettle and a cooking plate. I RECOMMEND BUYING THE OPTION WITH BREAKFAST, the breakfast is in a BOX format, it's the same every day, and after 3 days you may start to feel aversion just by looking at it.Check In - we receive an access code and an access code to the room the day before, the hotel is open 24 hours

I generally have no problem with the contactless concept for the hotel. Could there be more of them? ... I stayed at the hotel for three nights and we had no heating or hot water for two days. I would have liked a service that would have informed all guests in the house about this. The contact details are known...

Very good hotel! The facilities are new and clean. Online check-in is very practical, especially for guests arriving late. The Tchibo coffee machine in the lounge serves delicious coffee, card payment required. 1.5€ for a cappuccino.

WiFi uncomplicated, good bed, very nice bathroom - don't get me wrong, it's of course not a 5-star hotel, but considering the price and the performance, I just have to say that it's suitable if you want to stay overnight, without any frills or frills without any frills. Very friendly staff - yes, I ran into two people, probably cleaning staff - and when booking there was no mention of a breakfast box being delivered to your room. I wanted a breakfast buffet, so be it. Normally I would have deducted a star here, but overall I think the idea is good and implemented consistently, and that has to be honored. Maybe a little tip: Make it easier for guests to pay for drinks from the fridge in the lounge - an unmistakable notice would do the trick - the menu navigation on the screen hasn't been fully thought through...

I was in Ratingen for a week on business and stayed at Just Stay. Overall, the hotel is well equipped and quite modern. You wouldn't expect that from the outside...You can only get here with a personal PIN code at the main entrance and into your room. There is no reception.Tip: If you reserve via Booking, you will receive a personal message from the hotel with the PIN code.There is a small lounge on the ground floor where you can buy various snacks, drinks and even a toothbrush.An extra compliment to the service, because what was forgotten was sent free of charge within 4 days after a short phone call. Very good!

We were very satisfied with our stay. Completely contactless hotel. You get a pin with which you open the doors, you don't have to talk to anyone, it worked great. Our room was very clean and well equipped. The only thing that bothered us; the cleaning lady who was very loud in the morning. But she was very quiet after our request. The hotel has a fitness room with various equipment. There is a lounge in the hotel where you can sit and buy various drinks. In the lounge there was a coffee machine and coffee from Tchibo.
