If you rent a room for over 2 months and you are requested to pay for each time you want your room/studio cleaned, that is ridiculous. I am not talking about daily housekeeping, any housekeeping whenever costs 20€ extra. 👎The front desk is not always reachable.👎During our stay we had three fire alarms - because of people using the kitchen in their studios. No separate alarms and non-existinf kitchen vents are responsible for the fact, that everybody had to leave the building in the middle of the night. Of course no general announcements. So when the firefighters left, all of us assumed we could go back.👎

Very friendly attention from the staff, pleasant rooms, very bright and modern furniture, outdoor spaces with tables and chairs worth enjoying. I came on vacation but I must continue working from home office, which I did comfortably in my room as well as in the spacious and apt lobby of the hotel. 3' minutes from the bus to visit my son, 3' from Lidl to buy whatever you can think of, very close to a Burger King. I recommend it for sure!

My experience with Vonder in Freiham has been nothing short of disappointing and unpleasant.I paid a substantial amount of 3100€ (1550€ rental fee + 1550€ deposit) to secure an apartment for the month of August while I searched for a permanent residence. Just one day after I was lucky enough to find this permanent residence, so I asked very polite if it would be possible to get my money back.When I decided to cancel my booking merely one day after making the payment, I was shocked to find that they refused to refund my money. Despite explaining my compelling reasons for the cancellation, they rigidly stuck to their 30-day cancellation policy, showing a complete lack of empathy and understanding.It felt like I was dealing with a soulless corporation rather than a customer-oriented service provider. I had hoped for some understanding and flexibility given the circumstances, but instead, I encountered a cold and rigid policy that prioritized their financial interests over customer satisfaction.A reputable company would have considered extenuating circumstances and made an effort to accommodate their customers. However, Vonder's refusal to budge on their cancellation policy demonstrates a lack of empathy and a disregard for their clients' well-being.I strongly advise potential renters to be cautious when dealing with this agency, as my unfortunate encounter may not be an isolated incident. I hope this review serves as a cautionary message.

Hotel is really nice for long term stays. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are very clean and you feel like home. Recommend this place.

In the middle of summer with more than 30 degrees and unheated rooms, you can't even sleep comfortably.If you run out of your card or arrive between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., you will not be able to enter.The refrigerator in the room turns on constantly and at night it becomes annoying.The bathroom exhaust fan never turns off and is also annoying.There are two ceramic hobs but there is no extraction, so if you don't want to fill your room with smoke and grease you will have to use another method.The water pressure in the shower is very low for a hotel of this nature.The hallway carpet is very dirty. In the gym you can't breathe because of the heat...The rooms are very well soundproofed.

I have been living in Vonders for 10 months now. I am very happy with the location, both to my work and to Munich center. The apartment is fully furnished with new furniture and the wifi speed is very good. Its also very convinient to have a gym in the building.

After spending 10 months at Vonder, I can confidently say that my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The service provided by the staff is exceptional; they are incredibly helpful and cooperative. The premises are consistently clean, and it’s clear that they prioritize customer satisfaction.However, I did encounter a few technical issues during my stay. There were occasional malfunctions, such as the side door not working properly and delays in turning off the alarm sirens after an issue was resolved.Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, I am very satisfied with my stay at Vonder and would highly recommend it to others.

I stayed here for 5 months and honestly my stay was very pleasant.However there are a few points that I think people should be aware of as they are not mentioned much and at least for me they were a problem.My room was a Double Suite, which means it was the biggest room of all and I think for what I was paying the room should include more utilities in the kitchen, because although they provide you with 4 plates, spoons, forks, knives, tea cups, glasses and wine glasses, for cooking they only provide you with a frying pan and a pot, so I had to buy the rest of the things I needed for cooking like knives, cutting board, spatulas, etc. It did not bother me as such to buy it but I consider that for what you are paying, these type of utensils should be included.Now the location was also a problem for me, I do not blame the organization for where they are located since I chose the apartment, however if distances and time are something important to you, do consider that you will find places closer to the center of the city for the same price or for a little bit more money. Because many times the S8 is delayed or cancelled, which I know it can be inconvenient for some as it was for me.Nevertheless, my stay in Vonder was very enjoyable, the staff is friendly, the wifi runs fasts and there is a Lidl less than 5 minutes away. However I won’t be coming back mostly because of the location, as that was really a problem for me.

Stay away from this hotel.Besides the issues have already mentioned by others.These are what I noticed during my stay.1. The location is far from everything. Sban is supposed to come every 20 minutes however it gets cancelled quite often for no reason. It can mess up your plan.2. The door close to sban is often locked which is inconvenient.3. Co-working area is quite loud, because people come and go.4. Tiny room for 1200 Euro a month.5. Late refund for the deposit. They promised they will refund within 3 weeks. They did not refund until I keep asking them. Besides that they deducted 833 Euros for kitchen table which is natural wear and tear. Charging 833 Euros for natural wear and tear is absolutely unacceptable.6. Ignore emails, impossible to reach them by phone, they did not provide phone number in terms of booking related issues.I sent an email several days ago to their manager. He did NOT reply. I am still waiting for a proper response.This is their manager which reached out first then disappeared.--The manager saw this review then immediately replied to my email....what a joke. Since going public is the only way to make them reply.

Beautiful modern hotel with clean and well-equipped rooms. The management was very friendly and helpful at all times. Overall a perfect stay, nothing was left to be desired. I would love to come back!
