The worst staff ever, we entered the hotel which has a sign from outside called ( restaurant) to eat and we haven’t eat for 12 hours and we were 6 people ( the restaurant will make good benefits) but first we wanted the toilet till that rude staff came and start yelling at us ( she’s wearing hijab and she’s black I don’t know what her name is ) and we went out and never ever come back to this place ever!

After initially not having a very positive review here, I was very surprised at how nice and clean the hotel was. I don't agree with the previous reviews at all and I can say myself that I didn't find anything moldy in the bathroom. It seems the hotel has done a thorough cleaning. Everything is nice and clean and top!

The hotel is not five-star, but I think a lot depends on upbringing, understanding of the situation (in the world), the mood of everyone, both from the staff and from the newcomer. And in fact, the Soviet Country🌟 and Europe✌ have been coming to an understanding for a long time, maybe now we will succeed in more than our predecessors (unless there is a rainbow;))P.S. If we talk about Ukrainians and Germans, then we are all People🙏, albeit with different mentalities😇🤔.

The hotel is a little bit dated. Some parts need renovation. E.g. paint of walls. The rooms and bathrooms are big and the breakfast was good as well. However, there was one big issue. There was mold in the bathroom!
