Be prepared that you might be woken up at 07:45 in the morning by various sounds - the church outside the hotel and the perforator inside 😀

I let our friends book the Munich hotel portion of our trip to Oktoberfest. We arrived in front and had the Uber wait because it looked sketchy and we assumed we must be at the wrong place. Unfortunately it was the correct place.  …

I needed a place to sleep during Oktoberfest for further training, it was clear that it would be more expensive - but even at the normal price there was absolutely no justification here. The reception staff were friendly so far, but the hotel is long past its better years. The bed linen was clean, and the room's kitchen was also cleaned properly - you have to take credit for that. The location was quiet, I could sleep with the window open.Unfortunately, the room smelled musty when I arrived, there was half-heartedly painted mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and sleeping area and the woodchip wallpaper was starting to peel off in places.I didn't feel well.Absolutely not recommended even for one night.

Older, outdated hotel (concrete bunker). The rooms were clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was completely sufficient. In short: it was a great fit for our short trip.

Unfriendly staff, for 15 euros I've eaten much better breakfasts in other places. Luckily it was only for one night because of the Adele concert, but never more! The worst part of all was the cramped garage for 10 euros. Horror!!

VERY EXPENSIVE old hotel (270 euros a night taking advantage of the month of Adele concerts)He has nothing in the rooms, no shampoo or anything, only poor hand soap.ONLY one power socket next to the bed, in a room for two if you want to charge both phones on the bedside table, you can't.If you want breakfast 15 euros each, if you want to park 10 euros more, if you want a room with balcony 10 euros more (but still better not since the view is on a small square of a church where volunteers provide meals and food to the homeless and those in need, (which seems excellent to me but we were sorry to stay there on holiday happy and eat on the terrace in front of them who unfortunately have little or nothing...)extra even if the room costs the same as a RITZ.At the reception, unfriendly staff who didn't explain anything (they didn't even give us the Wi-Fi password).Cleaning every 2 days.Hotel value 70 euros per night maximum, real hotel price 270 euros per night. Not recommended

Slightly older hotel, rooms are fine. The location is very good, whether bus, subway or S-Bahn, everything is within walking distance.

I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice room. With a small kitchen. Large window front and balcony facing the park. Wonderfully quiet.Everything clean and tidy. You ran to the subway or tram in no time. Really recommended. Staff very friendly.

a slightly older but quiet hotel. Room was clean and attractively designed. Perfect for a short stay. Underground parking can be booked for 15 euros per day. Breakfast sufficient and freshly prepared. Josephsburg subway station in the immediate vicinity. There is even a fitness room
