We enjoyed our 2 nights at Prinz. The rooms comfortable, clean, modern, with 2 free beers, soda and Haribo.It is very quite,, you don't feel you are near city center of a big city. Located along a river with a small forest and a big park nearby, which is nice for jogging or walking. Airport is reachable by train in about half hour, with a station just 10 minutes walking distance from hotel. Center is reachable with a 20 minutes walk.There are many delicious restaurants nearby, with cuisine from around the world.The breakfast included is more like a brunch. We were very happy to have chosen this place with a reasonable price. Last but not least it is decorated with taste with beautiful arts. Thank you.

I was in Munich for work during the Oktoberfest.Unfortunately, the hotel and especially the breakfast is an absolute no-go in relation to the Oktoberfest prices.For the Oktoberfest surcharge, there could at least have been a decent breakfast.Completely underground

Pros: polite and helpful receptionists, complementary mini bar beverages when you check-in (no replenishment), breakfast came with the cost of the room, good spread at breakfast buffet. Good sized rooms.Cons: Sloppy housekeeping. The bathroom was not consistently cleaned - we would come back to the room each day and find either sink or shower stall not wiped down, trash in the bathroom bin might not removed. We stayed for over 6 days, and the sink and shower stall were only wiped down and cleaned no more than twice. Toilet is quite badly stained. I would think a good bleaching would do the job. Drinking glasses were never cleaned. No evidence of any dusting of countertops.

Cozy neighborhood near the center of Munich! Very neat hotel, pleasant staff, atmospheric! Breakfasts are good! There are several Bavarian restaurants nearby, including a large Paulaner, as well as a very high-quality Turkish restaurant 5 minutes away! A green area is nearby and it's nice to walk to the center!I'm not looking for minuses when there are many pluses!

The spotlessly clean hotel is on the "heights" of the Izar, explaining the hochstrasse street. Excellent location, in front of a park, close to biergarden paulaner am nocheberg. With a very rich breakfast, a large room and a cool courtyard. It has a parking lot, although I think you can certainly park on Hochstrasse with a parking meter. A stone's throw from the beaches of the Izar, from the German museum, Gartner platz. To marienplatz you walk a little past the viktualienmarkt. About 500 meters away is the Carl Amery platz stop for buses and trams that go everywhere.

With a group of students we stayed in this hotel from 21st to 27th July. We really had a great time, primarily thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, who always proved available with great flexibility to accommodate the requests of our group.The hotel has spacious and bright rooms, clean and functional for a long stay.The cuisine, buffet style for both breakfast and dinner, is very good with abundant and varied dishes and some typical Bavarian things.The hotel has an excellent location, the center can be reached with a short walk of up to 20 minutes and is in a very quiet and enjoyable area, with services, bars and shops nearby. Definitely recommended!

On the way home we spontaneously booked an overnight stay in Munich. The location of the hotel is great and the center can be reached quickly on foot. Check-in in the evening was quick and informative. The rooms are not the newest but perfectly OK for the price with breakfast. The minibar is included in the price, which I thought was great in the evening (a small beer at the end of the day). The breakfast the next morning was great. Great selection of baked goods, drinks and everything else.

The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all!The room is very old, but the bed was fine and the contents of the minibar were included in the price.I've never had such a lousy breakfast! Normally it should cost €20.80... It consists exclusively of convenience products, the selection of cold cuts is poor and the hot dishes weren't great either (I don't understand why hotels generally can't prepare bacon properly at breakfast ?!)There are definitely better hotels for the price.

Modest, low-key Hotel in a quiet, residential neighborhood. On foot, you can get to Marienplatz in 20min, and the Deutsches Museum in 10min. The rooms were clean and spacious. Mini bar and free WiFi included. The breakfast buffet includes a good selection of warm and cold food. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel is so-so, the rooms are clean and relatively quiet. When it comes to breakfast, I had the impression that everything was accounted for. The only attraction was the Ketty bot that collected the dishes.
