The two of us stayed at the hotel for one night and the receptionists were extremely accommodating. The room didn't look cleaned properly, there was dust lying around, a hair in the shower and the socket fell apart when I plugged in the charging cable.The highlight was the day we left. At 10 a.m., 2 hours before check-out, a man stood in our room, probably one of the cleaning staff. Not too quietly, he then quickly closed the door to our bedroom and left. Half an hour later the doorbell rang and the room service was standing in front of the door in full gear and wanted to clean, which was repeated again after 15 minutes...

Unfortunately this is the first hotel that I cannot recommend and therefore my first review. The rooms are not cleaned carefully. I have silverfish in the bathroom and the bathroom is very old. Neither kettle nor refrigerator in the basic equipment of the room. No cutlery available in the hotel. So a longer stay is not possible at all. Furthermore, breakfast is at the Müller next door and you pay over €10, which is overpriced for breakfast. Normally I would have paid a maximum of €6 and by booking with the hotel I would have paid over double that. On Sundays breakfast is supposed to be available until 12 p.m., but after 11 a.m. I only got a sandwich that was left over. This is really bad. The staff there is not always friendly, but rather dismissive. Not good value for money. The only positive is the reception staff, who were always friendly. However, the hotel is not recommended. I won't come back.

A bit out of the way, but easy to reach by car. The room is clean and spacious enough. The underground parking space is a bit expensive, but you can also park on the street for free.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. The room was not clean, there was mold in the bathroom, the mattresses were worn out. You can't feel comfortable here. No breakfast in the hotel, you have to go to a bakery with a voucher.

Since I unfortunately had to book relatively spontaneously, I chose this hotel, which I had not previously known but was relatively close to the customer. Cost 120.55 with 1.5 weeks lead time.Unfortunately, the rooms in the hotel have not been renovated and modernized for a long time. Some necessary repairs that are usually made over time in older rooms did not take place in my room.It was the same with my colleague.However, it was acceptable for one night, but you can definitely sleep better in other hotels.What struck me as particularly negative was the breakfast included in our rate (“Bed & Breakfast”) for €16:Theoretically, the fact that there are no separate breakfast rooms is not a problem.But for €16 you can't get a voucher for an à la carte breakfast in the neighboring bakery, which offers this - definitely identical - on sale for €9.50.It's more the responsibility of the baker, but if the hotel cooperates with the baker, the hotel is also responsible for ensuring that customers are offered quality: The breakfast was (for whatever reason) a different one, not chosen and actually not for hotel guests breakfast that was optional but also cost €9.50) consisted of 2 baked rolls, - cold for me, lukewarm for my colleague - a small bowl of fruit salad with unfortunately not washed peaches, cold cuts and a boiled egg.So breakfast also falls into the category “it’s okay once, you don’t have to have it a second time”. Personally, I wouldn't have wanted to pay €9.50 or €16 here.Unfortunately, I will probably avoid this hotel in the future and will also pass this feedback on to our travel management so that it will be removed from the possible hotels.At least the receptionist was very friendly.

Underground car park with metal ramps as a parking space... very challenging for inexperienced or timid drivers who generally find parking difficult... Parking options outside and in the area are very poor as everything is fullIt's supposed to be a 3 star hotel... it doesn't look like that from the outside... It's ok inside... We had booked with breakfast and thought it was in the hotel... according to the map we then desperately looked for the signposted breakfast room , then we asked and were told that it was next door in the bakery 😑Room itself is ok, but only one bedside table for a double bed... sockets 3m away from the bed... worn interior (cupboard, and bathroom furniture) shoe horn from the egg 😄It's OK for one night, but for a whole week of vacation I would think twice. Noisy environment so with the window open it is very loud even at night...When we arrived at night at 11 p.m. there were also young people standing loudly in front of the closed bakery and playing music and young people's things... a bit annoying but oh well...Conclusion: The price is okay but the ambience and surroundings are not that cool... OK for one night but not for a longer stay.

The hotel is generally not in good condition. Very worn. Breakfast is only available at the unfriendly bakery next door, which costs €9.50. But since I booked an overnight stay with breakfast at the hotel, it now costs me €16.00 according to the hotel bill.

Online pictures about this hotel are simply deceiving. It's a dirty old and smelly hotel with dim lights only. We had paid reservations for 5 nights but decided to check out within 15 minutes after changing rooms, that too. We secured reservations at another hotel .

Good location, public transport close by. So much for the positive. Service level at check-in clearly leaves a lot to be desired. Rooms clean but in need of renovation. Bathroom is in need of renovation. To charge €200 a night for this room (even during Oktoberfest) is an outrage!

Unfortunately it is getting old. The in-house restaurant is also temporarily closed. The rooms are worn out and the price/performance ratio is no longer suitable in my opinion. Breakfast is good.

Animals in the bathroom. Spring in mattress pushes through. Breakfast not in the hotel, but in a small bakery next door. Price double room with single occupancy only €9 cheaper (for two nights), although breakfast only costs €8. You don't treat yourself to anything else.
