Small rooms but there is everything you need, good location for both the subway and the tram, all available services around, supermarket bars etc.

Apartment located in the Laim district, it does not have reserved car parking, there were 3 of us and the room was small, however there is a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel and also a towel. The environment is quiet, you sleep well, the bed is quite comfortable and in general the area is well served because the place is 8 minutes from the metro which takes you to the center of Munich in a few minutes. The price was a little high but all in all I was happy with it.

I am very disapointed by the fake advertising and the level of gaslighting. We were looking for a nice place with balcony and lovely pictures of this place came up so we decided to book here. To our disapointment, the room looked nothing as advertised. The balcony was barely fitting 2 people while standing, the room was cramed with a big and a smaller cheap squeaching sofas. Clearly the goal is to pack as many people in there as possible, suitable for refugee intake. After talking to some foreign customer support, i was diverted to a manager who understandably tried polishing the suituation by telling us that it is the "premium apartment" we booked. While providing more details even she realised that our discontent was justified.Special thanks to Martha for the patience and understanding towards our issue, she kindly offered 10% refund. But the problem lies deeper than that.obvious business practice:Immo company buys/rents the entire building, sets it as airbnb, packs as many beds as possible, saves cost on every corner (cheap toilet paper but fancy toilet)( glass toilet door, of course the cheap model that wakes up the neighborhood when opening or closing)(cheapest Ikea furniture that one can buy) profit above all to the point where you cant avoid feeling ripped off.I will avoid Homaris in the future and hope others will too, hopefully the greed mentality of the management will subside when enough people realise it is a scam.

Not as advertised in the pictures. The room is extremely small, the door shower was broken, the balcony was very small, the battery in the remote was empty... And a lot of other things

Although we did not have high expectations, we found a room below our expectations. After entering the apartment, we were disturbed by the smell of garbage in front of the door. Although the beds were normal, we did not see an environment like the one in the picture.

Nice apartment complex. Very easy to communicate w the renter and also to get in. The room is just a bedroom w a 2 top electric stove, a sink, a mini fridge and a microwave. We enjoyed how safe it has felt in this neighborhood. The bus and the U train are around the corner. Very convenient location. Loved having a balcony

There's always some guys sitting at the front door drinking and smoking. We found a used capsule in the coffee machine. Don't expect getting any help. They provide online reception service but they are useless. The door of the shower cannot be closed and the floor get completely wet every time someone take a shower. It is their policy that you have to buy your own garbage bags and toilet paper rolls, take your garbage out and open the window before you leave. My first hotel near the main station was bigger, better and much cheaper.

The room is clean, but you have to sleep on the floor. The bed is only about 10 cm away from the floor. But what's worse is the outrageous email, which is also sent as an SMS, on the day of departure. It says the following: 1. Ventilate the room 2. Wash and put away the dishes (in no holiday apartment you have to do the washing up on the day of departure) 3. Turn on the dishwasher 4. Put out the rubbish etc etc. That you don't have to change the bed for the next guest, almost surprising. But the last sentence of this email tops everything: the cleaning staff will then check everything. I'm not an underage child!!!! I had actually booked 2 more weeks, but canceled it again. I won't allow myself to be treated so rudely!

Very quiet building 10 minutes walk from Laimer Platz Metro station.Very simple check-in and access guaranteed at any time thanks to a code to be entered into an alphanumeric keypad.Small studio apartment but with all comforts, bathroom without bidet but with spacious shower, balcony overlooking the main road.Excellent fixtures that isolate from external noise. On the ground floor, past the entrance, there are two sharing areas with chairs and sofas (one inside and one outside at the back). There is an elevator (for a couple of people).
