Unfortunately not really clean, toilet and fridge, and the freight trains were very loud at night, but we could have changed the room. We had a studio, you can't really prepare food, too few dishes, but there was a great Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel.The staff was absolutely helpful and always friendly.The location perfect.

A hotel that lacks credibility and is straight up extortion, and I do not recommend itThere is no good treatment from the management, and they even withdraw cash amounts and refuse to return them, regardless of the reasonsI do not advise any Arab to book this hotel

The location is definitely very practical, as all transportation options are right around it. The room is large and spatially well designed. Apart from a few hairs on the duvet cover, everything was very clean, especially the bathroom. We felt very comfortable.

Super practical family hotel in a central location, all public transport in the immediate vicinity, with a large shopping center and a restaurant, very nice and clean room, rich breakfast that was always refilled, and very friendly staff. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel had a great eco-friendly focus.It was ‘super silent’—even quieter than my own home, which made for the best sleep. Thanks to that, I woke up refreshed every day and was able to enjoy my trip even more!I’ve also attached a photo of the beautiful sunrise I saw from the hotel.

A very relaxing stay over the weekend, the rooms are well equipped, mattresses not too soft not too firm, pillows super cozy. It is very well insulated, you don't hear anything from outside and the bathroom is nice and big. The breakfast was very good, many different offerings and plenty of them, everything was always there and even lasted until 11 a.m. The staff was very friendly, a few minutes walk away there is a train station and a subway station, and next door there is a cozy Mexican restaurant/bar.We would be happy to come back at any time!

The first impression of our stay was extremely positive. Unfortunately, we found that employees repeatedly came into our room without knocking or prior notice - and this happened every day, at different times. Even if this could have been a matter of housekeeping, it would be essential to make sure beforehand that entering the room is actually desired.In principle, this wouldn't have been a big problem for us. However, a valuable item was stolen from our room. We discussed this with several employees and some of them were very helpful and assisted us in the search - but unfortunately without success. At check-out, we calmly commented that it would be helpful if employees knocked before entering a room in the future and that it was unfortunate that a personal item was lost. We weren't interested in a refund or compensation, but simply in sharing our experience.However, we were then reprimanded by the reception manager in an extremely disrespectful tone. She asked us reproachfully why we had not reported the loss earlier and emphasized what we had allegedly done wrong in this “procedure”. This reaction was particularly disappointing for us. The fact that the reception manager was apparently not informed about the incident cannot be blamed on us; This would rather be an internal matter that needs to be resolved.It's really a shame how this incident was ultimately handled and the attitude with which the reception management approached us. The hotel itself has great potential and most of the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. It would be desirable for management to also exemplify these values.

Great location, right next to many restaurants and stores. Just a short U-Bahn ride to the city center and the Wiesn. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were great, breakfast was very good, parking in the garage was easy. We will be back!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, perfectly situated between the airport and the city center of Munich. Everything was incredibly clean and efficient. The staff was very kind, even storing my luggage for me without any hassle. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Well, what can I say, we weren't even there, but it's unbelievable that since September 20th they've been calling the hotel to be able to book 2 rooms, which will be credited with a travel voucher worth 250 euros. A requested email was even sent with all the details + picture of the voucher (already on September 21st), but nothing happened. Multiple calls, both to the hotel and when making the reservation, with the statement: "the responsible office would contact you immediately" have no effect and nothing happens. This hotel chain doesn't seem to rely on guests or those who arrive with several children. I've never experienced anything like it, absolutely disgusting. Since we are already arriving in mid-October, we will probably invest our money in the competition.
