Great apartment in country house style. Large living space. Bathroom everything new. Kitchen a bit small but sufficient. Everything you need for a vacation is included.A little welcome greeting. That was nice. Very friendly hostess who asks every now and then and immediately sets everything in motion to make you feel completely comfortable.Location is good. Directly on the Rottach. Müller, Edeka, DM, taverns within walking distance in a few minutes. Very good starting point for hikes.Our little Emma 🐶 and we felt very comfortable.

Rottach-Egern is the livelier place on Lake Tegernsee. The arrival and departure were perfectly accompanied by the service through emails and calls. The Rottach apartments are very central: shops, restaurants, bakeries...everything is close by. Nevertheless, it is beautifully located on a side street with direct access to Rottach-Weg. I looked for a suitable apartment for a long time; The Rottach apartments are in a rural style, lots of light natural wood...comfortable furniture...great kitchen and bathroom, everything was right here. Everything was very clean in the apartment and in the entire complex. We were there with our little Yorkshire dog and enjoyed the path along the stream.A private parking space was available. We would love to come back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Many thanks to the service at Rottach-Apartments and best regards

The Rottach Apartments are in a very quiet location on the Rottach with good shopping opportunities and close to the town center, outdoor pool and lake. Our top floor apartment had a terrace with sun in the morning and a view of the Walberg.

We had app 16. It was very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The bathroom is a little old, but there was a lot of space in the cupboards, which is often a deficiency in modern bathrooms. The location is perfect, quiet but still a 2 minute walk to the center, the bakery or grocery store.

A very nice and well-kept holiday home in a beautiful location directly on the Rottach. Perfect for running, jogging or walking the dog. Very good bakery/patisserie within 5 minutes walk. There is also a supermarket and the center of Rottach-Egern nearby. Our apartment 8 on the 1st floor still had a bathroom that had not been renovated. But we were also allowed to use the app. Look at 1 on the ground floor, which had a nice new bathroom. Each apartment has a fixed parking space, so there is no need to fight for space, which is very pleasant. The communication in advance was excellent and the welcome a few days later was also very nice.

The apartment house is located almost centrally in Rottach-Egern. You don't need to drive to buy groceries or visit various restaurants or inns in town. A parking space is reserved for each apartment on the private property. The service is very attentive and friendly. For example, a missing teapot was provided free of charge on the same day. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Rottach to the southeast. The only small point of criticism is the construction of the house and the furnishings of the apartment, especially the bathroom. Tiles, bathtub with shower attachment and sanitary facilities are at least 20 years old and are already worn out. However, due to relatively good care, they are still acceptable. Regarding the structural condition: Noisy residents of the neighboring apartment can contribute to the entertainment.

It was the perfect vacation for me. I could sit on the balcony all year round, hear the rushing of the Rottach in the background and look at the sunlit mountains.There was a Müller on the same street and the Edeka one street further. The best vacation in years!

As in February, we vacationed in the Rottach apartments in August.The location was ideal for hiking trips, breakfast shopping (bakery and Edeka in 2 minutes on foot) and also for strolling by the lake.Particularly noteworthy is the class of support👍🏻We'd love to come back in February 2024😉😉

We were completely satisfied with our apartment and felt very comfortable. The facilities were very good and comfortable, the location was nice and quiet and yet less than a kilometer away from Lake Tegernsee. Contactless check-in and check-out was also uncomplicated. We would love to come back next year :)
