Very friendly and warm welcome, helpful in every respect, tasty breakfast with a large selection of rolls, bread, cold cuts, cheese, spreads, jam, fruit salads, etc. Coffee is served to the table, you are often asked if something is missing, if you are satisfied . Dinner in the restaurant was an experience for us, beautifully presented dishes were very well prepared and served quickly.

A super great hotel with very friendly staff.The rooms are great. Delicious breakfast, sauna, swimming pool, free parking directly at the hotel. The Obermaintherme is only a 5-minute walk away.

We were really looking forward to the hotel because we had spent our honeymoon here.Apart from the very convenient location (right next to the train station), it was also perfect for us because of the advertised wellness area. Unfortunately, we were disappointed every single day for a whole week:Either both the sauna and the steam room were off or only one of them was on.And that despite asking the reception every day (even calling beforehand) (no matter whether it was in the morning right after breakfast, in the afternoon or in the evening). Either we were simply forgotten, despite asking, or they claimed that it was on, which unfortunately wasn't true. It just really annoys us when it's advertised and it just doesn't happen. There are also no towels there. You always have to take your own with you from the room.Kettles are also not available. Upon request, a thermos flask was filled with hot water, but unfortunately it didn't stay warm for long.We would have expected more service from a 3*** superior hotel.

Solid 3 star house near Selb train station, well located for the thermal baths and as a starting point for activities.Room was renovated - partly from old to new with a bit of color. The location near the train station affects sleep if you are sensitive to noise.Breakfast was nicely prepared, there was a little bit of everything - but nothing extraordinary.Wellness area available, very small with little space to relax. When families with children come along, the peace and quiet is over. We only booked the hotel because we wanted to relax a little in the afternoon without having to go to the big thermal baths.Overall the stay was ok;

Great hotel and great location. Everyone very friendly. I was skeptical at first because it's right next to the train station, but I have to say that I've never slept so peacefully. Nice little spa area, great breakfast. I particularly liked the fact that you didn't just pay for the dog, but that there was a pillow, bowls and a small food and bag package available.

Clean, stylish room. Very good gastronomy, excellent breakfast buffet! The proximity to the thermal baths and the old town round off the stay. Gladly again.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the small train station in Bad Staffelstein. The rooms are very nice, modern and well equipped. The breakfast and the related service are excellent! Pool and wellness area are also very nice. Unfortunately, our two-day stay with children was marred by the fact that the service staff at reception couldn't get the steam bath to work on three days. We asked about it six times in two days in vain (some of them in a wet bathrobe) and warned about it. It is very disappointing when the employees do not follow the wishes of the guests. Therefore, we are left with the memory of a somewhat dismal stay at the Hotel Rödiger. Maybe the owner can get his reception staff to be a little more committed in the future.

The rooms are modern, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is above average friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really very good. Absolute recommendation.
