Just a typical Hampton. Everything was very clean, very friendly international staff. The location is perfect for trips to the city or to the Olympic Park.we can only recommend the hotel.

Great location, right next to all public trains and buses. Reception at the reception was very nice and quick. Room with a view of the railway. Windows completely soundproof. Mattress very hard and bed creaks a lot. Bathroom very bright and reasonably clean. Unfortunately, there was mold growth in the corners and joints of the shower. Breakfast...a lot of people. Not enough staff. Sometimes no cutlery or plates. Just a coffee machine. When you asked for more milk, there was no more today 🤔 had a question at the reception, only English possible 🤷 Price was okay.

A great hotel in a good location, next to train station, which is clean and quiet. That's all I want in a decent hotel.

Prices OK, service absolutely fine for this type of hotel. Breakfast price/performance appropriate. Parking in the underground car park is a bit too expensive at 25 per 24 hours. Room relatively clean. One or two signs of wear are already visible.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff and an easy check in.Our room was very clean indeed and didn't overlook the railway or main road so was very quiet indeed.Tea/coffee making facility. Room serviced and towels changed daily The room was spacious. Plenty of space in the wardrobe with contained an iron and ironing board. Large tv. Carpet's were fine but could have done with a spruce up.Shower was excellent but drainage was very slow.Breakfast was very good but the coffee machines caused major congestion due to their wrongly placed location. Please relocate them. The hotel.is only a few train stops from the town centre. The station is literally next door. All in all a nice hotel and would definitely stay again.

First of all, I would like to warn all future potential guests. As for the accommodation, I am very disappointed and it is very strange that this hotel has Hilton in its name. A room for 3 people is a disaster, starting with accommodating the third person which is equivalent to sleeping on the floor. Uncomfortable, very poor quality of the sofa, iron bars hitting the backrest and the like. The room does not have a mini fridge and the space when spreading out the sofa is minimal, even not necessary for the stay of three people. The room doesn't even have slippers, let alone anything else. As for the breakfast, let's just say it's a disaster. If you belong to a different religion and don't eat pork and the like, then you have nothing to eat. As for the coffee machine, one machine is made for every 100 people. So imagine how long the wait will be. There are several types of juice available, but the device only pours out one type and the rest is water. It is also impossible that in a hotel with that name there is no person who speaks German, the language of the country you are in. Finally, I would like to say that I will be sending a refund request to the Hilton group as it is a disgrace for them to represent themselves in this name. It's a catastrophe and I still wanted to say something, even though I made a reservation online, they didn't even know our details, not even the price we paid, not even where we came from, even though we came from here, our Bankog stand.. I will take all legal action and demand my money back.Because for 3 nights it is unreasonable to charge 350e for one person. (The children don't pay, according to them)

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel... it's right next to the marshalling yard and there's a lot of train movement... but the windows are soundproof and there's air conditioning. So I don't really understand the other comments. The location is really great for Munich and couldn't be better. The equipment and condition is great, I've never been missing anything. I felt really comfortable in all the rooms I had. The breakfast is manageable but perfectly fine... but you should mention that if you stay longer than a week the food might get a bit boring. I can confirm that not all of the employees speak German, but everyone here really tries hard no matter what language they speak... I would recommend the hotel to anyone who comes to Munich and wants a central location and a delicious breakfast every day. Many thanks to the entire team, we felt very comfortable.

It is a classic business hotel. The rooms are functionally equipped, the bathroom is clear but offers a large shower. The location is very good, the tram runs right outside the door to the main train station, Stachus and Sendlinger Tor.Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't convincing at all: the coffee was thin and tasteless, and the milk foam collapsed completely on the way back to the table. The waffles you could bake yourself were too salty, the tables were too small and not set. Salt shakers, for example for breakfast eggs, were only available twice centrally at the buffet. It was okay for an overnight stay, but there are definitely better hotels in Munich.

What can you say: you're spoken to penetratingly in English here. If you answer in German, it will be understood, but the answer will still come back in English. Sorry, that's not possible and is anything but hospitable (unfortunately not a single employee spoke German. Neither at the reception nor in the catering areas). The WiFi will still be chargeable in 2024 (even if the hotel claims otherwise). All in all just unsympathetic. Room is nice, breakfast OK, as long as the dishes and food are refilled.Unfortunately, frustration got the better of us, which is why you won't be seeing us here again any time soon. In itself, Hilton is negative for me. You seem to be able to afford it.
