A wonderfully rustic restaurant with traditional cuisine and a really tasty fish plate.Anyone who needs to “see and be seen” is in the wrong place here, because this is about quality and real hospitality. You could say: a small, rare piece of original Sylt. We loved it and would love to come back.

After countless other restaurants on Sylt, we cannot recommend this one. The homemade pickled meat was laced with gristle and overly garnished with aspic. My wife's fish was carelessly prepared, fried dry and everything tasted bland. Everything seems old-fashioned and outdated, including the food preparation.

Small, fine hotel with a great central location. Rooms very clean with fresh fruit. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and upon request, scrambled eggs, fried eggs (also baked on both sides) or boiled, freshly prepared. We were always very satisfied and would book again at any time.

The only thing that can be criticized about the restaurant is the furnishings, which are a bit outdated. The waiter was nice and accommodating, but a little "overdressed" for a place of this type, much like the menu, which carried lavish prices for the product, despite the location.Certainly not a bad restaurant, but not star cuisine either.

Were insulted very arrogantly because we sat at a free table. Nobody greeted us at the entrance to ask about a possible reservation, nor was the table marked as reserved. The food was good, but the waiting time was terrible. Apparently as a punishment for not making a reservation.The landlord could have told us straight away that he didn't want any more guests. We used to know the restaurant as a friendly family business. That has now changed significantly. Not for us in the future.

The hotel is quiet, has 4 rooms, very clean, functional and great room service. Good breakfast with choice of eggs. Nice service. All the staff in the house were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers good food, tasty, but we found portions too small.We can recommend the hotel 100%Really a tip.

The food in the restaurant was very tasty but unfortunately the portions were very small. Without the starter we (over 60 year olds, people don't eat too much anymore) wouldn't have been full. But with North Sea air you might be hungrier. And the prices don't indicate small portions...
