The two of us were here for breakfast and we absolutely loved it. In an almost meditatively calm atmosphere you sit very relaxed with a view of the marsh meadows and are served very attentively and friendly. Best quality breakfast, great tea selection, good coffee. Reasonably priced for what is offered. Afterwards you can take a long stroll through the shop. In addition to an impressive selection of teas, there are many high-quality items from the areas of decoration, home interiors, jewelry, woolen goods and much more. Very worthwhile, we felt very comfortable.

7/26/24 / 10:30: Just visited the tea shop. And that was more by chance. A designer teapot broke in my holiday apartment. Luckily, I quickly found the address for a replacement pot on the web. The broken pot was probably taken care of there too, so I only had to make the short journey to Keitum. Before that, however, I asked a very courteous employee about stock levels by phone. Although she no longer had a single glass insert in her inventory, she immediately suggested looting an existing set for me. If you come from Westerland, the Kontorhaus is on the left side of the road. There were dozens of cars parked in front of the building complex. Then I also saw that the shop belongs to a hotel, which was obviously busy. The store is spacious and attractively furnished. An extensive range of tableware and home accessories as well as a large selection of loose teas, which can be tried in the adjacent tea room, invite you to browse and linger. I grabbed my new glass insert, left the broken one to the nice saleswoman, thanked me for the great service and promised to stop by again soon for some tea.

The Kontorhaus Sylt, Siidik 15,25980 Keitum was featured in the magazine Sylt Fräulein Herbstguide. A product package was presented there. I found that very interesting and that's why I went. Unfortunately I was told that this was already sold out. So far it's not bad, but I found it sad that the saleswoman didn't try to suggest an alternative to the customer. But unfortunately that's how it is when the tea houses are no longer dependent on new customers. Will buy my tea in another teahouse in Westerland!
