My stay at the TUI BLUE Sylt was simply extraordinary and far exceeded my expectations. The room offered unbeatable value for money - it was spacious, stylishly furnished and immediately conveyed the feeling of comfort and coziness. I would particularly like to highlight the spa area, which was not only excellently equipped but also perfectly organized. Here I could really switch off and relax. Another highlight was the entire team: The employees were consistently friendly, courteous and committed - you could immediately tell that they work here with passion, which made the stay incredibly pleasant. I have rarely experienced such a high quality of service and warmth. At breakfast you could also have things cooked/baked individually and there was a wide selection of food, juices and coffees. The hotel can only be recommended!

I recently spent a week at the TUI Blue Hotel on Sylt and would like to share my impressions. The location of the hotel and the feel of the North Sea island are great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast buffet, which offered us a large selection of fresh and delicious food every morning. It was truly a highlight for both adults and children. It was also very pleasant that towels and bathrobes were provided for each family member, which made visiting the spa and pool area easier. Special praise goes to the service in the bar - the bartender was exceptionally friendly and really enriched our evenings.Unfortunately, there were also some points that we didn't like as much. Overall, the hotel seems a bit outdated, and the room furnishings in particular could use some modernization. In addition, the water in all pools was uncomfortably cold, which made staying in the pool area less pleasant for the whole family. Unfortunately, the dinner buffet was too expensive compared to what was offered, and the price-performance ratio was not right here. Additionally, the paid parking situation was somewhat unexpected and could have been communicated more clearly in advance.In summary, the TUI Blue Hotel offers excellent service and some high quality offerings, especially in breakfast and hospitality. However, modernizing the facilities and better matching prices to performance would improve the stay even further.

Apart from the somewhat brittle reception, we were completely satisfied. The rooms with everything you need, bathroom with a beautiful view of the mudflats, nothing was missing from the breakfast buffet and the service was extremely friendly. You have to be aware that the hotel mainly appeals to families. As a result, there is sometimes a lot of hustle and bustle in the bathroom or at the buffet, which didn't bother us even though we were traveling as a couple.I have a clear recommendation that I would come here again

The service, breakfast and location of the hotel are really very good. The staff treated my 82-year-old mother particularly nicely, thank you again for that. We can also recommend the restaurant. My “Pinsa List” was freshly prepared and very tasty.

The rooms are superbly equipped and the location is beautiful. The only drawback is the reception staff, who are very quick to blame guests for their own mistakes (spa card was lost by staff, staff tries to blame the guest, fails and then loudly gossips about the other staff in front of the guest). There is also a great spa that is completely marked as a relaxation area, but the staff doesn't stick to it and shouts at guests in the relaxation area. There are also “regulars” who complain loudly as soon as someone dares to come in from the public area and is not yet a nudist with the plan to change in the designated changing area. Of course, these people are then protected by the employee who previously shouted loudly.All in all a great hotel if it weren't for the staff. This excludes the bar, where the service and staff are super friendly and accommodating.

We were only there for one night. Room, as described in the other reviews, very large, clean and quiet.Kitchen was a bit simple and older, but we didn't cook anyway.The staff was consistently very friendly and helpful.Parking directly in front of the hotel. It costs extra, but with 24 hours for five euros or 30 for a whole week, you can't complain.We missed strolling in the evenings. The hotel is a bit more lonely, but we were compensated for that with a great sunset.But the most brilliant thing was the breakfast buffet. You can't stop raving about it.We'll definitely be back.I almost forgot about the swimming pool and sauna. Great, especially the view.One photo shows the slightly broken refrigerator.

Oh well ...The room was booked as a double room with an extra bed for our 5-month-old son. The earliest check-in time was 3 p.m. on the day of arrival...We were there around 11:30 a.m. and politely asked if it could be done earlier... it wasn't possible.When we returned at 2:50 p.m. and asked again, we were told relatively harshly that the time was 3:00 p.m. It was then 3:07 p.m. :-))The rooms were ok, although the whole thing had the charm of a barracks. Of course, the extra bed we ordered wasn't there, but it was promptly delivered. A “fresh” bed sheet was dirty and was then replaced within 1 hour. Of course, we kept getting called out for it.Luggage service? None! SERVICE at all? Seems like an unknown foreign word.On the day of departure, housekeeping would ask us to leave every 10 minutes from 9:30 a.m. and then wait in a long line for our checkout from 10 a.m....Hospitality and hospitality are definitely different.

The reception was very cold, not to say unfriendly. No hotel explanation or request for help transporting luggage to the room - we were simply instructed to download the QR code and follow the information contained therein. Not to forget that the hotel claims a 4 star superior standard!Rooms very spartan - 1 TV for 4 people! Cozy TV in the evening for four impossible - no space! Never in the star category listed above - certainly not for the price paid!!The only praiseworthy thing was the breakfast and the staff in the breakfast room - nice and helpful. The island of Sylt is beautiful and absolutely worth seeing - we will be back, even if we won't stay in the TUI Blue anymore......:-(

Unfortunately, the kitchen is a bit sparsely equipped and the caretaker service unfortunately still didn't provide any salt or rinse aid for the dishwasher after we asked for it (which we couldn't use for 3 days), but the spa area, the location of the hotel and the rooms did are great. A little more variety in the Villaggio's menu wouldn't be bad.
