What can you say? Perfect from A-Z. Very nice email contact even before arrival. Nice phone calls during the arrival (despite the late arrival). Rooms very nice, with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast TOP - with many specials and regional products. The hosts and all the staff - MEGA friendly. In short - you feel welcome and comfortable.Keep it up. I had the pleasure of staying at Jaumann's Südwind on Sylt and can fully recommend this charming little hotel. As soon as you enter, you can tell how much passion and joy Elisa and Gerrit put into running their house. The rooms are extremely stylish and yet practical, nothing is missing. Everything is clean and very well maintained, so you feel comfortable from the first moment.Particularly noteworthy is the sensational breakfast. Instead of an overcrowded buffet where a lot of food is wasted unnecessarily, there is an extensive menu here. You can order anything your heart desires - no wish remains unfulfilled. The trust-based drinks station that offers both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options is also a great idea. We really appreciated having access to a comfortable lounge at all times, and the free water station is another plus.You can clearly feel that Elisa and Gerrit run their hotel with real passion. Their joy and enthusiasm are contagious and ensure that you feel completely at home as a guest. If you are looking for lovingly managed accommodation on Sylt, you will find it at Jaumann’s Südwind – an absolute insider tip!

We were completely impressed by the small, fine hotel. Breakfast is freshly prepared with the best ingredients. The host couple Elisa and Gerrit are very friendly and hospitable, and the staff are extremely attentive. Everything is clean and the love is in the details. Decoration and choice of materials are harmonious and valuable. Gladly again.

Elisa and Gerrit are the perfect hosts.Gerrit greeted us straight away with our names.Someone was doing their homework and after the welcome prosseco in the garden it was immediately clear to us that we had chosen the right hotel. The second stay felt like “coming home”: Elisa & Gerrit with their baby and their team are the perfect and friendliest hosts! We can recommend the “big J” as a room if you want to have some freedom of movement in the room as a couple. From the helpful luggage service on arrival/departure, the welcome drink, the very clean house, the excellent regional breakfast with daily changing “surprises” to the free water tap, everything was wonderful again! The very beautiful, large garden invites you to relax after a long day at the beach; Suitable drinks can be found in the “Trust Bar”. The building is not barrier-free and the very tastefully furnished breakfast room is in the basement; There are several free parking spaces in front of the hotel and if these are occupied, parking directly on the street is also possible. The location, essentially in the middle of the island, allows for relatively short journeys in all directions for exploration. One thing is certain for us: we would love to come back. The first time on Sylt! Found Jaumann's straight away because it is very conveniently located. A very friendly welcome from the owners, who explained everything calmly. Small, lovingly furnished hotel with everything your heart desires. The breakfast is very good, leaves nothing to be desired, everything is fresh and of very good quality. With an extremely friendly staff that serves you everything with a friendliness that makes you feel at home. I can only say thank you for the unfortunately short stay and that it wasn't the last time.Great Elisa and Gerrit, you have created a little oasis.
