Basic but nice hotel. Spacious room with a lot of light. Good looking rooftop. Free indoor parking. Beds are not terrible but could be certainly improved. The shower doesn’t have a door so there a risk of spilling water everywhere. Next to the tram station but trams to the centre do not come that regularly (more than 20 minutes waiting on a Saturday).

Had a great conference, the conference room with terrace is uniquely beautiful. Well equipped, great service. The flexibility in the use of space in particular contributed significantly to the success of our meeting. And the food was amazing. Many intolerances and special requests were taken into account. Hats off!

I do NOT find that the rooms are dirty or have a hospital style, nor can I report any structural defects. The reception is on the top floor together with the restaurant and kitchen. This is of course a bit inconvenient if you have a room directly below, especially if you are not an early riser or want/need to sleep a little longer because of a long journey. What bothers me is that there is no air conditioning and the room is very warm. Unfortunately, the blinds do not darken properly/completely and the curtain has no darkening function at all but is just a design element. The bathroom is very modern but has no shelves for utensils in the shower. Our room is generally modern, clean and functional. The beds are big enough and the mattresses and bed linen are of very good quality. Another positive thing is that you can park for free in the underground car park. I find it a bit negative that there is no staff around the clock... a bit unusual, but the staff was off work at 9 p.m. It's also stupid that the neighbors of the hotel listen to loud music and party until well after 1 a.m. on a Thursday. You can't call the police because you're disturbing the peace, because you don't know exactly which neighbor it is... That's pretty stupid and there's little the hotel can do about it, except that you have to open the window to get some air... and that has a negative impact on us and really spoils our stay.

The blinds and curtains do not darken the rooms sufficiently. Unfavorable if you are primarily there to stay overnight. Turning on the light in the bathroom also makes the room light, as there is a matt daylight window between the bathroom and the room. Unfavorable if you don't want to wake up your partner.

A modern hotel. The rooms are clean. You can check in yourself 24/7. The rooms are cleaned daily. I can't say anything about the service because I booked overnight stays without breakfast.

Very nice accommodation. Spacious, modernly furnished rooms. In a calm neighborhood. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Heidelberg center by tram. There is free parking on the street or in the free parking garage.

The hotel makes a good impression from the outside, the breakfast is also very tasty and has a good selection, but that's about it. Despite early check-in, which we had to pay extra for, our rooms were not yet fully cleaned. According to the early bird check-in, we could have expected a ready room even much earlier. Some of the floors in the rooms are really run down (see pictures), some of the walls are a bit dirty and slightly damaged, the bed was not cleaned properly, there were numerous black hairs in the bed, the curtains do not offer the possibility of to darken the room completely. The shower is designed in such a way that when using the "rain shower" the entire bathroom gets wet because the shower does not have any door or curtain. The reception and breakfast are on the top floor, which is very inconvenient because when you arrive you first have to look for the reception and then you can walk back downstairs with your luggage if you get a room downstairs, where all the passers-by will look into the room can.
