What a disappointing visit. The waiter clearly no longer has any ambition to do his job correctly. A short explanation of the plaice variations was already too much and it was explained to us in a very condescending and sloppy way.Owners should inform themselves about the current legal situation regarding additional information on the menu.The schnitzel and the plaice were absolutely soaked in fat. If you have any special requests, it is better not to ask. This is associated with annoyed waiters and extra costs.Once and never again!

The hotel is quietly and centrally located. Friendly welcome and very good breakfast. Despite the restaurant in the hotel, no noise. Own parking spaces, very central. All around good hotel

The hotel is very centrally located and easy to reach. There are parking spaces at the hotel, but unfortunately they were full at our time and we used the public one in front of the hotel. The rooms themselves were clean, the cobwebs bothered me a bit. But well... we felt very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was really great!

We are very happy with this hotel. It is located at the beginning/end of the main street with many shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We felt very comfortable. The staff is very attentive. The breakfast was sufficient, but not for vegans. However, the staff can adapt to this if requested in advance. The house is not wheelchair accessible as there is no elevator. There was a bit of a musty smell in the hallway, but not in the room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the mattress is not too hard, not too soft, ideal for me. The only thing that bothered me was that there wasn't enough counter space in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant was plentiful and tasty and on the table quickly. The roulade melted in my mouth. Conclusion: gladly again. A warm greeting to the staff :-)

So we can't say anything negative, we don't find anything bad. We were only there for one night, but the hotel is simply great! Delicious breakfast and great offers. Rooms clean and comfortable, great beds! Service was great, very friendly and nice. The boss was incredibly great and implemented our wishes straight away! We'll definitely be back. Free parking and everything in Butjadingen is easy to reach from there. Thanks !

Unfortunately I'm disappointed. The schnitzel was bland and only served on the plate with a few croquettes. In terms of taste, it was very saturated with fat. Price performance wasn't right for me!Two stars only because the staff was very friendly and nice.

First of all: The staff was really very nice and attentive.But unfortunately the schnitzel was just a shame in relation to the price (~20.00 €). It wasn't a freshly prepared schnitzel, but rather frozen food. The breading peeled off like cardboard. It was very carelessly “prepared” with a few croquettes. Both were just dripping with fat. Unfortunately, the mushroom cream sauce also tasted more like sauce in a bag and was correspondingly thick.We imagined something different, especially given the price.

We, 2 ladies from the Heide, came across the gastronomy of the Hotel Hof von Oldenburg by chance. When asked about a table reservation, we were shown around very nicely. We made a reservation for 2 days and didn't regret it.The food was very tasty, especially the herring buffet. Special requests are no problem at all. Our waitress really made our evening pleasant. Thanks for that, Lutz!! And thanks for the mayo recipe..The 2 Heidschnucken...
