Very friendly staff, my apartment was small but nice, very clean and nicely renovated.Unfortunately, the building is very noisy, so if you have a problem with that (like me), this accommodation is not for you (stomping on your head for hours, sometimes in the middle of the night).

Great hotel, clean and modern rooms. 24-hour check-in. Unfortunately, 1 off the rooms was missing 1 blanket and 1 pillow, so we had to share a 1 person's blanket and steel a pillow from a seat

Stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. I liked everything very much. The room is small, but comfortable and has everything you need. You can cook your own food. There is a stove, a kettle, a microwave oven, a refrigerator. Very tasty coffee, there is a coffee machine. Thank you for your hospitality!

I was there on a business trip, the room was quite small, but modernly equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, so you can easily take care of yourself. In the entrance area there are various seating options to have a little nightcap. There is no bar, but there is a refrigerator and snack cabinet for self-service. Only the coffee is free, which makes starting the day easier. You could get to the city center in 20-30 minutes. Within walking distance, if there are no more parking spaces at the hotel, you can get one at the outdoor pool 5 minutes away, parking there doesn't cost anything.The rooms are not air conditioned, but only have a fan.

Positive::. Very nice room (201), cleanliness 5* ambience 5* Lidl, bus stop a few meters on foot, outdoor pool and thermal baths are also close. City about 35-40 minutes on footNegative: Very warm despite the windows being open, little air comes in, then the street in front of the room. Some vehicles drive there until 1am and from 5am onwards and with the windows open it was a very poor night. Even with earplugs it wasn't very relaxing.

I stayed at this property for 11 days at the beginning of June. The hotel only opened in 23. So everything still looked pretty fresh. Everything was always kept neat and clean.My room was one of the most expensive category, one of the three with a balcony. Nevertheless, it was quite narrow in places, especially the bathroom (see picture). Unfortunately, the room was also quite loud because it faces a busy street (even at night). Unfortunately I couldn't change rooms. I asked several times, but the hotel was very well booked. I can imagine that it gets quite warm in the room when the temperatures are high and there is no air conditioning. Maybe you could also do something with the closers of the room doors? They pull the doors so hard that it rattles like hell every time.The location is in a pleasant corner with many single-family homes. A supermarket and bakery is 5 minutes walk away. Because you have a small kitchen in the apartment with all the accessories, you can easily cook something for yourself.The lounge in the house was also very pleasant. There you can get delicious coffee from the machine or hot water with tea for free all day long. You can also get cold drinks and something to eat there for a fee.The team and especially the bosses were very pleasant and concerned about the well-being of the guests.There are only 3 or 4 parking spaces directly at the hotel. But a few meters further around the corner there is a large free parking lot.I would like to choose the hotel again if I am nearby. But I wouldn't want a room that faces the street.P.S. the thermal baths nearby are really great.

Checked in this evening.The receptionist has already finished work and is already at her car. When she notices me, she comes back and checks me in personally, even though it's closing time. Every boss wants a dedicated employee like that.The room is spacious, clean and functionally furnished. Lots of little details make it comfortable.Parking space next to the housedogs allowedThere's a cool coffee machine in the lobby - free self-service and lots of goodies - even pasta dishes that you can prepare in the mini kitchen in the room.The pictures are from the lobby and room 203

Very nice and high-quality renovated apartment hotel with very good connections to Böblingen/Stuttgart (airport). Slight traffic noise as it is located on a larger street. Price/performance very good.

This is a great hotel it is very new inside and everything was immaculately cleaned. The only reason that I only gave it four stars is because the parking situation here is terrible. Additionally there is free Wi-Fi but they might as well not have Wi-Fi at all because I was able to use it for 10 seconds at a time before it disconnected me. Outside of those two issues everything else was great and I would recommend it to people that are staying in this area.

As soon as I had booked the last available single apartment, I was called by a very warm lady who told me that I was receiving a free upgrade to the single apartment I had booked.It was explained to me over the phone where I could get the key the evening after my arrival.The apartment was fantastic, beautiful,extremely cleanand magically furnished.In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, a make-up mirror, a super large shower and enough towels are also provided.The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires and not only has 2 hotplates, but also a microwave. Even a tea towel, washing up brush and washing up liquid were kept ready.Free coffee is available during certain hours in the lobby, where there is also a well-stocked snack bar and a drinks refrigerator.The lobby is extremely cozy and if you like, you can sit down in the beautifully designed dining area. Sufficient reading is also provided. In addition, good music plays around the clock.The Smart TV also worked perfectly and the desk is a decent size.I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and friendliness in this house.Thanks for the nice time!
