Top rehabilitation hotel. Operated at the RKU and then straight to the RKU rehab in Recover.

The patient is only here so that the rehab can properly bill the health insurance company. Treatments are simply not noticed by the therapists. There is no understanding of clinical pictures, just like there are available nursing staff. This is more like a temporary kennel than a rehab. In view of your own diagnoses and infirmities, you have to forego services to which you are entitled, and at the same time understanding is expected for failures to regenerate. The focus here is not on people's health but on their wallet.

The following review is NOT about the experience of a patient, but of a visitor.Patients do NOT complete the rapid antigen test under the supervision of an employee. There is a reliance on trust. At the end of the day, the employees and other patients do not know whether the patient actually inserts the stick into the nostrils or not. This is extremely unprofessional and very questionable considering that this establishment belongs to the RKU.If you as a visitor ask for a coffee, the lady at the reception looks at you like a deer in headlights, only to be left standing in the foyer by her as she runs away and says with a laugh: "No, that's what we do here not. This is exclusively for patients." None of this would have been so bad if one had phrased it somewhat like a normal and cultured person. Then you are asked bluntly whether you have even registered as a visitor for the day, to which I said "No" because there was no information about registering as a visitor in the patient's inserts that I took to rehabilitation and I therefore only stayed outside for the duration of the unsupervised rapid test. However, the enclosures stated that the purchased parking ticket would be validated, but this was not the case, as I discovered to my surprise in the entrance area of the RKU. The patient I drove, who is unable to drive due to her injury, would not have to pay anything, but visitors would. This is different from other clinics.

Unfortunately not possible for the rating. Would like to give 0 stars to this abusive receptionist, both towards patients and visitors. The employee threatens, among other things, with a police report if you are one minute over the visiting hour. The patients cannot recover and are afraid to see their relatives!!! Promotes the rehabilitation process immensely!!!
