Very close to the Zeiss premises, so good if you are traveling on business. There was no person at the counter when checking in. You ring the bell on the speakerphone outside, are let in and then take your room card.

Well, when we got there in the afternoon the reception wasn't staffed. We first had to ring the bell and check in via the intercom. It was really cold outside the door, which I found quite unpleasant. The German language of the voice on the intercom is rather poor.Rooms big and quiet, yes. But unfortunately my TV didn't work. As already mentioned, unfortunately there was no contact person. At least I got the minibar snacks waived. Missing furniture in the bathroom, no shelf in the shower or at the sink. The shower water flowed towards the hallway instead of into the drain. To turn off the light in the bathroom you had to turn off the fuse. The deluxe breakfast was hardly Best Western standard. Unfortunately, there is hardly any gastronomy in the area anymore, only an Italian restaurant with a train station flair that I can't recommend. There didn't seem to be anything in the hotel itself. Conclusion: After a strenuous day at work, this is too poor for me.

I booked the hotel for one day, unfortunately it was only 4 hours. I had to leave beforehand. The hotel is very clean. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. One thing is for sure I will come back. :)

The furnishings seem a bit rustic. Overall there is a lot of space in the suite. The wide desk with plenty of space to work is great here and the rotating TV is also practical. Can be used from the couch or bed.

The hotel is very nice, clean and the rooms are huge. There is a microwave, kettle with some tea bags, and a coffee machine (I think Tassimo, but unfortunately without tabs) is also available.

I was here on a one-day business trip. The hotel has a good structure, the room was big, clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, the fridge was a little noisy during the night. Good and various continental breakfast in the morning. So, I felt everything was fine, until the moment of checkout. The receptionist had a lot of problems with the payment, she was not able to get the invoice correctly (I am still waiting for that) and then what could have been a pleasant stay in this hotel, turned into a nightmare at the moment to pay, as they were not able to correctly manage the invoice system. That is a sin because a so bad management has nullified the good structure.I give them only 3 stars instead of a possible rating of 5.
