According to the homepage, a nice, centrally located apartment. Unfortunately, shortly before the free cancellation fee, the property rebooked from Suite XL to Suite L, with a ridiculous waiver of a small fee. No accommodation from the apartment regarding the price. The sofa bed was sagging and couldn't be put back, so there was no room to sit in the apartment, which was much too small. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially in the bathroom, it smelled of stale smoke, and the central location unfortunately became less attractive due to the traffic noise. When we had a problem with the boiler, we were promised help within 15 minutes on the hotline; we waited 90 minutes. It's better to book in the B&B opposite.

Very dirty, with cockroaches. There are missing kitchen accessories and the washing machine does not work.

After a rather complex online check-in with a credit card query, I got to my room. The obviously nice furnishings with the generous size of the room surprised me very positively at first - but unfortunately that's where it ends. In the bathroom I found two very dirty towels that had obviously not been washed clean. Disgusting! A hairdryer was also missing in the bathroom, only the attachment could still be found in a lower drawer. When you enter the room, the doormat in the entrance area smells strongly of its own odor. There is still a lot that can be improved here.Definitely insufficient for a medium-priced hotel with high standards.Recommendation: Just use the B&B across the street

We booked straight awayInformation about the codes for the entrance, first dial-in room and code room worked perfectly.Communication via WhatsApp was perfect.Directions: the address Reichsstädter Str. will not take you to the hotel entrance. The 5 parking spaces intended for limehome are clearly being used illegally by locals. There is an elevator, but no luggage trolley (we knew beforehand).Upon arrival in the room:a socket in a pitiful, technically unsafe condition. A window cannot be closed, it is just stuck to the window frame with a Zewa. We report it, but it doesn't bother us.The rooms face the south and the main street. This means extremely hot room in summer. When you open the windows at night, you hear the noise of cars and motorcycles driving up and down the street. If someone wants to live centrally in Aalen and wants to cook for themselves, there is no alternative to limehome Aalen. If you don't need a kitchen, go to the B&B hotel opposite. Behind the hotel is the old town. The very beautiful city park is also within walking distance. We booked for 2 + baby. Very neat baby bed was placed in the sleeping area. The beds only had 1 very wobbly bedside table and the lampshade was missing from the bedside lamp.Towels: 2x bath towel, hand towel and 1x foot rug.Bathroom: spacious shower. Always check beforehand how much hot water the boiler still has!According to other reviews, there is a general annoyance that there is no hot water. There is no central hot water supply, every room has a boiler. The lower button with arrow and shaft on the boiler must light up - otherwise press it, if necessary several times. Apparently this has to happen every day.Living/eating area:Spacious dining table, extended enough for 6 people, but only 4 chairs. The couch is terribly soft and the seat cushions always slide forward. I sank down to the wooden frame.Large TV, not used.To the kitchenwe had booked the “Suite L” (without LT).The kitchen is equipped with- Induction plate field with 2 plates.- Recirculating air vent (totally filthy)- Built-in microwave/grill/stove- Dishwasher (salt missing, tabs missing)- Small appliances: kettle, toaster, Nespresso machineDishes 4 - 6 pieces each, some clearly dirtyBreakfast platedinner platesalad bowlCutlery (a knife was extremely bent at the tip, probably a screwdriver used...)Water and wine glasses2 pots, 2 pansCreator. Spatula sorely missed.tea towel. dishwashing brush.Salt/pepper mill. filthy oil and vinegarPark:Theoretically there are 5 parking spaces at the rear (entrance) in front of the hotel - at least for loading/unloading.From Saturday to Sunday you can park for free in the parking bays in front of the hotel. The P3 parking garage is within walking distance.Attention: no entrance on Saturdays and Sundays / exit only. And: completely crazy: payment only in cash and with a maximum of 20 euro notes.

New and modern rooms in the center of the city. But there are serious problems with cleaning. Kitchen utensils were not clean enough. When cleaning was done, the room became more dirty.

Top equipped rooms. Very modern and new. The only drawback: one of the windows couldn't be closed
