Service is very nice and happy to help! We booked the first class room for two nights. Unfortunately it's a bit old. An update to the equipment would be good here, as the price-performance ratio doesn't fit.

Everything was perfect, I felt really comfortable there, the sauna and fitness room were great, the breakfast in a wonderful atmosphere and ambience was just great, I'm already looking forward to the next time ☺️

Arrived at the hotel today from Crailsheim to Aalen when it felt like 50 degrees, we were so warmly welcomed, a great hotel, ambience absolutely great, comfortable, everything perfect, we can only recommend it

The videos can't even begin to keep up. A thousand times more beautiful than in the pictures! & warm, elegant atmosphere! I celebrated my 27th birthday in the hotel. Price performance is simply top! (Approx. 30 people + children) Super friendly owner who warmly welcomed my guests and me. Great table decoration!! Everyone felt so comfortable - as soon as you walk through the gate you feel like you're on vacation! I particularly liked the emphasis on good, high-quality drinks without harmful substances and they simply tasted great! The grilled meat was also very tasty as were the salads! It was also great that you could cool off in the pool and keep the kids busy. What made it even better was that it had super clear water and was filtered without chemicals (natural pool). I had the best, most worry-free birthday ever!Gladly again! The pickled cheese was highly praised!

I'm traveling from SF and booked a room from this hotel 2 days before my flight. Received a confirmation and finally got myself here after 14 hours of flight, 3 hours and train ride, and 15mins of walking with my carry on. Only to find out that the hotel was over booked, they refused to give me a room and when I sat in the lobby to find a room, the staff asked me to leave and called the police on me!!!! I still can't believe it!

We stayed in this extraordinary hotel over the weekend. The hotel is centrally located on a main street. The city center can be reached on foot in a few minutes.As soon as you enter the courtyard you find yourself in an unexpectedly Mediterranean ambience. Hanging swings, loungers, pool, rattan furniture, like on vacation in the south. Very nice!!!! The reception was extremely friendly. The room was getting old but was extremely large and clean. The hotel is a bit older and winding. What should be highlighted, however, are the modernized spa and sports areas. Everything is well equipped with various saunas and the latest equipment. There is also a very tasteful yoga room. The breakfast was just great!!! A huge selection. Nothing was missing! The breakfast room is like a living room and is completely out of the ordinary compared to other hotels. We liked that! But what stands out most about the hotel are the great employees. We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this exciting hotel.

We were there for the baby shower breakfast/brunch. Because of the bad reviews, I expected the worst: unmanned reception, poor service, unfriendly staff and bad food.All of this turned out to be untrue. I was greeted by a beaming employee who showed me to the place and looked after us with great care and kindness the whole time. Our group was allowed to sit in a nice separate room and also put up decorations.Food, drinks and juices were constantly replenished and brought to our table (it's actually a buffet). The selection was varied and tasted good. Everything for 19€.I can't say anything about the rooms because I didn't stay there.

By far the worst hotel of my travels!One star is already too many!I travel a lot for business and I've seen a lot. But that was the first time that I didn't stay in one hotel and had to take another one. The room is reminiscent of a bunker, small, smelly, stuffy and a small window about 1.6m high. Like a prison.The hotel is totally run down, the staff listless and disinterested.When I checked in in the afternoon, I had to go to the appointment straight away. When I arrived in the room in the evening it took my breath away so I wanted to flee. When I arrived at the reception, I said that I was leaving the hotel. When I asked if they wanted to know why I wanted to leave, they just said, "No"! I told you about the smelly room, but obviously you were expecting such information. I certainly wasn't the first. I wasn't even offered another room. Let alone refund the money. It's sad that places like this still exist. I definitely advise everyone not to spend the night here. An absolute disgrace. At the end I was told, paid is paid! Thank you very much for nothing!

Unfortunately the hotel seemed very shabby to me and I don't want to go there again. I booked a single room for 128 EUR including breakfast.The room furnishings seemed old and tasteless to me, there was still hair in the bathroom, the fittings were calcified, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the floor was very cold.No bathrobe or sauna towel was provided in the room for the sauna.The gym is nice, but unfortunately there is no water in it.The breakfast buffet was poor and uninviting. I think that with this number of guests a buffet is not worth it. Perhaps an à la carte breakfast would be more appropriate?The building smells musty.However, the hanging chairs and seating outside are very nice.

Business trip for 1 night. I deliberately chose this hotel because of the fitness room and sauna area. I wasn't disappointed either. The fitness room and sauna area are great (probably newly designed). Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. In the evening it is practically just a few steps to the city center with various restaurants. I will stay there again 😊

Where should you start?I was really looking forward to the stay and had quite high expectations for a price of €100 a night.Unfortunately, they were disappointed.The reception was unmanned when I arrived and I had to use a telephone to summon someone. That's actually not possible in the middle of the day.The young gentleman was very friendly and tried hard, but seemed rather helpless, as if he hadn't been properly trained.The hallway decor is opulent and would have made Liberace proud.However, I would prefer more minimalist hallways but better room furnishings.I don't know how old the bed is, but I've rarely slept so uncomfortable.The bed was really cool. So I couldn't fall out at night, but the ergonomics are different. The same thing happened with the pillow. What I mean by a pillow is something different. Getting something like that as a pillow for such an expensive overnight stay actually borders on being cheeky.There is also a toilet paper dispenser on the wall next to the toilet that is far too big. I'm slim and relatively short, but I couldn't sit on the toilet without it getting in the way. This is absolutely not thought through and is not acceptable for a longer stay.The soap dispenser is also mounted awkwardly low and therefore not very user-friendly.The bathroom itself is outdated and you can see this, for example, in the shower and the joints, which urgently need to be replaced.Even though the water in the shower was set to hot, it wasn't even lukewarm.Unfortunately, the cleanliness also left something to be desired, e.g. the light switches were dirty, the soap dispenser was dusty, and the soap dish had soap residue. They may be small things, but one would expect from a hotel in this price range that even these small things are taken into account. Every budget hotel I've stayed in has done this better.The roller shutter straps have their best days behind them. I was afraid that the belt would break in the room.Unfortunately, the check out didn't get any better. There was no one at the reception again, a cell phone on the desk rang when I called.When the lady finally came, the friendliness that is usual in hotels was missing. No asking how we found it, no thanks for the stay, no see you next time. Instead, the lady was surprised at the price, which came from her own website.The only positive thing about the stay for me was the proximity to the center. But I wouldn't want to stay here again.Thank God it was only one night.

Nice atmosphere, short distances to the city. Nice personel. Breakfast was put together for me because I was the only one (large selection). The sauna area is beautiful and invites you to relax.What is confusing to move in is that the hotel has a different name from the outside. The reception is not always manned, but you can reach someone there with a telephone. Upon request, I was allowed to do a late check-out, which was very good for me. If I'm in the area again, I'll come back. I recommended the hotel to my seminar participants.

I slept very well and upon request we were also given a cappuccino for breakfast. The service was great, especially because I had forgotten my jukebox at the hotel and it was sent to me easily.I would book here again.
