I spent five wonderful years in Mrs. Walker's comfortable accommodation. I can really only recommend the accommodation! The apartment is really very clean and the furnishings are well maintained. The location is just perfect because the center is very close. the apartment is clean with stable WIFI, and the facilities are well maintained. And last but not least, Ms. Walker is always helpful. As a foreigner, I felt at home and Ms. Walker was always ready to help me with any question. If you're looking for accommodation in Reutlingen, you won't go wrong with this property.

My tenancy with Ms. Walker lasted about 1 year. I always felt comfortable throughout the entire duration. The landlady is accommodating, easy to reach and a very good host for her guests.The apartments and rooms are very tidy and are cleaned regularly. The house itself is ideally located: next to several bus stops and within a 5-minute walk of the city center shopping area. All in all a good address. If there was a need, I would move back in at any time.

Really nice rooms! I stayed there for 4 months and spent a good time there. Every room has a bed, a wardrobe and a table. Some rooms have bathrooms and kitchens some others not, but every flat has a kitchen and bathroom every one can use.Miss Walker is always present and available for questions.The house is very well placed in the city of reutlingen; the bus is like a 100m away from the flat (Bus number 4 which goes directly to the university through the city center and the railway station).

Ms. Walker is a very friendly and courteous landlady. The rooms are spacious and invite you to feel good. The property is very centrally located yet fairly quiet and with a beautiful park in the immediate vicinity.

I would not recommend it. The landlady terminated the contract before it was due without a reason and I was also forced to pay for something I did not damage. 2 other things: She will go into your room regularly and unannounced, so you have 0 privacy. And also the internet is very slow and she refuses to fix it (even though it can be fixed).Be warned before you make the decision to stay there.

Very well-kept guest house with a large roof terrace, beautiful rooms and a very friendly landlady. The house is equipped with WiFi, washing machine, dryer and lounge with TV. From the large roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the Achalm.The guest house is centrally located, and you can reach the Reutlingen pedestrian zone in just under five minutes. There is a good community in the house as it is inhabited by a balanced mix of students and professionals.I lived here for six months as part of my internship and would do it again at any time!

Nice rooms with old furnishings, sink in room and shower/WC/kitchen in the hallway. The wifi is not suitable for the property (very bad powerline adapters). Bed was comfortable, but creaked heavily. Guest house is friendly and quite sociable with lots of different people coming and going.Unfortunately whole experience was ruined by very unprofessional landlord. There was very small damage to the cooker, which the landlady took very personally. Treated all 3 tenants sharing the apartment like criminals and would regularly harang us after work about the damages. I will spare the details. I would recommend avoiding this business.
