First of all, I don't have a Google account myself. I, a female, asked this landlord for accommodation for one night. First I was offered a double room for single use, I wrote that I accepted the offer. No answer to that. I asked again and it came back, yes, it's okay, maybe I still have a cheaper room available. On the said arrival day I received a message asking if I was arriving today. Yes, of course. It was my intention. And suddenly there was a problem with no one being there in the afternoon. Then the offer to pick me up somewhere. I don't let myself be picked up by men I don't know and then get the keys to a room and have them show me a "special room" and be admitted, even though I'm out and about and I didn't want to sleep in their apartment either in a guest house. Your messages read very very creepy for a woman. And their complications and problems are not mine. In any case, that's not normal and I can't claim compensation because I don't know how much the "special room" cost. I can only advise you to stay away from it. No matter what your answer is now. It's a no-go how you proceed and also that all of this occurs to you on the day of arrival.

Traveling only tomorrow, but the landlord is incredibly accommodating and responds to all needs very accommodatingly, quickly and politely. That alone is worth more than 5 stars.

I only stayed here one night and was very satisfied. You live in a former 3-room apartment, so you feel more like you're in a shared apartment. The self-check-in worked well. Tip: It helps to read the host's email carefully! He has prepared for all eventualities. For the price I didn't expect so much cleanliness and the location is great. I was also able to sleep very well, the area is quiet and you can still reach the center in 5 minutes on foot. I didn't cook, but there is a kitchen and the bathroom is shared with 2 other rooms, which was completely fine. Gladly again.

Most miserable accommodation I have ever had as a mechanic! The front door of the guest apartment is open to everyone. Kitchen not usable because everyone in the house uses it, dirty and greasy and always full because there is a shared kitchen for the whole house! The toilet and shower were also dirty. The bathroom is used as a laundry room by the cleaner and if the washing machine or dryer is running, you can hear it in the next room. There was no TV or radio in the room and WiFi didn't work either. Balcony is just a dummy. Furniture from bulky waste! No parking spaces available! Had to park far away with a parking ticket.

It was only in the fourth year that I stayed with Mr. Schönleber for eleven days during the French Film Festival. I no longer ask anywhere else because I can rely on consistent quality there. The central location is plus point number 1, the price is reasonable for Tübingen city center (I've lived further out for the same amount), the rooms are nice and practically furnished. In rooms 1-3, the kitchen is on the same floor, which is very convenient; on the lower floor there is at least a refrigerator and a kettle. The bathrooms (toilet and shower) are newly renovated, tidy and, like the kitchen, are cleaned regularly (also on request). Towels and bed linen are provided.You can think a lot about the other guests, but as a landlord you don't know beforehand who is renting there...

First of all, the accommodation is central. However, that is the only positive thing to mention!We were greeted very unfriendlyly upon arrival; what is there to laugh about here? was the greeting...There are a lot of rules to follow there, which cannot be overlooked as there are lots of pieces of paper stuck everywhere.Our room was very cluttered with furniture that was randomly thrown together, which made you feel very cramped. The WiFi didn't work for both of us, no reception (they said it was due to our operating system ;-) haha that's clear).Maybe spend some money and buy a repeater.But the strangest thing was one morning when there was a knock on our door.At some point we opened, even though I know how people walk away if no one says anything.In any case, a woman then came into the room without introducing herself.She purposefully went to a closet to rummage around for new bed linen (so our room was also a storage room!).We watched this speechless and amazed.Half an hour later the same incident happened again, whereupon I asked the woman in annoyance who she was and whether that was normal here.After all, you paid for the room and have the right to peace and privacy.Short answer in broken German, her boss would have arranged everything like that and would she bother????Just unbelievably!!!Tübingen is a beautiful city, but the accommodation is absolutely not recommended.P.S.: The toilet paper was also used up after a short time and was not refilled. Only after a request by email after 12 hours.Our room was right next to the bathroom and because the locks were difficult to move, it was very loud.€50 per night for this accommodation is just a rip-off!!!
