I stayed in this hotel for one night for work reasons. Parking in front of the house, service very friendly, rooms and all accessible rooms well maintained and harmonious. Fast WiFi, quiet location, breakfast very satisfactory.Very happy again

The musical was great and the food was great

A really EXCELLENT HOTEL, which is also ideal for conferences. Exceptionally nice staff. Super class food. Comfortable, modern and sparkling clean rooms. Perfect service. Reasonable prices. Fullest recommendation. 5 stars!

A superior room at a budget price! We had a wonderfully quiet and luxuriously furnished double room. In front of the hotel, part of the White Kocher flows past and bubbles calmly. The food and service are phenomenal and actually deserve a star. We'll definitely come back. The hotel is ideal as a stopover for hikes on the HW1.

We were at the ABBA dinner, very good acting and the singing was excellent, the 3 course menu was tasty and sufficient. Only the search for a parking space was tedious. In conclusion, a successful evening

Went to the Abba Trbute dinner. The space was really nice, the show was great and the food was delicious.The service was quick, super friendly and they were very professional.

Incredibly friendly staff, like I have rarely experienced. In addition, great tasting Swabian cuisine (also vegetarian) and a very nice breakfast. Incredibly good for the price and my new favorite hotel for business trips to this region.

My husband and I celebrated our 60th birthday at the Goldener Lamm. We are thrilled by this beautiful ambience. There was game as the main course and flying desserts. Everyone loved the food. We cooked specially for our allergy sufferers and vegetarians. Here too there was only praise. Every wish, no matter how special, was fulfilled. The wines recommended with the menu were excellent. We enjoyed great service right up to the last guest. The feedback from all guests was 5 stars plus.

Crime Dinner on September 13th, 2024 in the “Golden Lamm” in UnterkochenI sat down on the chair at my table and immediately caught my blouse on something sharp on the back of the chair on the right. There was a sharp-edged screw about 5-10 mm sticking out of the wood. My friend then had to screw it back in with the knife. Something like this should be checked before an event.When I ordered a drink I ordered a currant juice, because I can't tolerate carbon dioxide, so I got a currant spritzer.My girlfriend and I had declared allergies (gluten and lactose), so it was clear to us that there would be restrictions. But it wasn't clear to us that everything was being lumped together and it was very annoying. Gluten intolerance is not the same as lactose intolerance.The starter was a Maultaschen soup. Our men got this too and we women got soup without any addition. My girlfriend doesn't have a problem with gluten, so she could have eaten the Maultaschen without any problems, but like me (with gluten intolerance), she got an empty soup. That doesn't work at all. When we asked, we were told that all allergies would be treated equally and that there would no longer be any Maultaschen because they had been counted out.The main course was great, no complaints. The beef was very good and the Trollinger sauce was very tasty.It was a shame that there were definitely not enough waitresses. When we got our food, the others were already finished.Dessert came and was actually a yogurt tart with vanilla ice cream. Again we got 2 “normal” portions for our men and 2x sorbet ice cream (3 scoops). Since the “normal” dessert didn’t contain gluten, I insisted on getting a “normal” dessert. At first the waitress didn't want to go into it, then she cleared away the sorbet ice cream with an angry expression on her face and a short time later she slammed the real dessert in my face. So hospitality looks different.Until then we thought that this was the last problem. But far from it. At the end we ordered 3 coffees. Apparently no table number is recorded when we order, so the waiter wandered around the room with our coffee searching for a long time. Then he simply put it down without asking who wanted which coffee. Since my friend isn't allowed to eat lactose, she ordered her coffee with the milk alternative soy. Because the coffee tasted so strange, she thought she would drink a sip of the soy milk to get rid of the strange taste. Then she noticed that the soy milk was completely sour. It tasted like vinegar. Likewise, the coffee was served in 0 8 15 cups, without biscuits or coffee beans… That is unworthy of a house like this.Overall, Crime Dinner (the play and the actors) was great. I will no longer visit the “Golden Lamm” in Unterkochen. I am really very disappointed.
